Stunning apartment

We absolutely loved our holiday in this wonderful bright, spacious apartment. The stunning living room with its wall of glass overlooking the Marina - I would be happy to just sit there all day. It was 34 degrees when we were there in July but the apt was always kept cool with nice breeze running through from the living room to kitchen from the open sliding doors on either side of apt. We very rarely had to use air conditioning.

As previously stated on other reviews it was spotlessly clean and modern. It has all the facilities you could need - large comfy bed, English TV channels, free wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 hair dryers, plenty of towels, and 2 beach towels in each bedroom.

The roof terrace is huge - again with amazing views of the Marina and beyond. It cannot be recreated in a photo - I tried. It is equipped with patio couch and armchairs (not in photos) and also sun loungers. With such high temperatures I was happy to sit in the shaded area.

It was nice to be greeted by Jose and Maria when we arrived, to show us around, and instruct us on how everything worked. Very helpful indeed.

We definitely want to return, but I'm getting worried it might not be available with all these wonderful reviews. Will have to book early.

Fantastic apartment

Greeted by Jose and his wife Maria, my wife and I were very impressed with the quality, cleanliness, size and location of apartment. The apartment is in a very central location which meant that we did not need a car as numerous very good restaurants were within a two minute walk. The beach was about a 10min walk away. We enjoyed a walk eveyday on the Alvor boardwalk across the sand dunes with marvellous views of the estuary and the Atlantic. We spent our afternoons and early evenings relaxing on the huge sun terrace which had a genorous shaded area as well as a lot of space which received the sun from sunrise to sunset which was amazing. All in all we had a great time and hope to return in the future. Thank you Jose and Maria.

Wonderful!

We were impressed with the apartment from the moment we stepped through the door after being greeted by Jose and his wife. The apartment has everything you could wish for topped by the view over the harbour and its prime location.

This is the best accommodation we have had in Alvor and look forward to returning very soon.

Simply the best!

We have stayed at various apartments in Alvor over the last 15 years but this one tops them all..

On arrival Jose and his wife met us and took their time to show us around and familiarise us with the facilities.

The apartment is spotless and furnished to a high standard with UK TV and Wi-Fi. There is a huge private rooftop terrace, lounge and bedroom balconies which enable wonderful views of the marina, estuary and Lagos.

It is situated close to the marina, and only a short walk to the many local bars and restaurants and only about a 15 minute walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful holiday and will be returning. Oh, and Jose, thank you for the wine.

5 Star Apartment

Superb apartment ideally located to experience the tradional charm of the old village of Alvor.

Situated in a very quiet location and yet only minutes from all the village facilities. Very secure private accommodation.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has fantastic views from the lounge and rooftop terrace.

Watching the sunset in the evenings and the boating activity in the daytime on the harbour is wonderfully relaxing.

We had a fantastic holiday and will be returning to this apartment again and again as it is the best we have ever stayed in in Alvor.
