Conveniently located in a new area of Ciudad Quesada. It is well planned with wide roads and pavements lined with trees. All local facilities are within walking distance. Nearest beaches are 10 minutes drive. Fitted kitchen, TV with English channels, free wifi and internet access, DVD player and Playstation, CD player, cassette player, radio, patio, large covered terrace, private pool (12m x 5m), BBQ area with built-in BBQ and roof terrace. There are air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms providing hot or cold air.

Notes on accommodation: We would like the inside of the house to be treated as a non-smoking area. We ask that smokers respect our wishes and smoke outside. The garden is on one level and totally enclosed with lockable gates. There are, however, a number of steps leading from the terrace to the garden which might be difficult for very young children to negotiate (see pictures). There is also an outside staircase leading to the roof terrace. There is a travel cot available but no bedding. There is also a hire shop about seven minutes drive away, which hires out other equipment for babies such as high chairs. Outside: Totally enclosed by walls and lockable gates, with its own pool (12x5m) and patio area in garden. Large outside terrace with outdoor furniture, built-in BBQ area (not covered) at back of property with table, chairs and parasol, and roof terrace. Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Property cleaned between lets. Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring towels for beach.

Fantastic villa and area

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at this villa. The place has everything we needed and much more. The pool is fantastic and extremely clean. The small square of bars and a couple of stores are a short stroll away and we're ideal for us. Communication with the owners was 5* alone and I would not hesitate in recommending this villa to others. Thanks Joanne and Chris

We have just returned from this villa and there is nothing we could fault. We had a brilliant time and are considering rebooking for next year. The images are true to life, the accommodation is basic but has everything you can think of. We liked the mismatched crockery/cutlery and found our favourites throughout our holiday. The aircon was great in the bedrooms. There are plenty of dvds and loads of PlayStation games should you need it but we spent most of our time outside. There is a cupboard with lots of games such as scrabble, uno, jenga etc. We loved the pool, it's long enough to actually swim in and was very clean (pool cleaners came twice a week). There is a green bin filled with inflatables/dive rings/snorkels etc which provided hours and hours of fun not just for the kids! The BBQ is brilliant. It was very quiet and peaceful at the villa and the location was great. 2 mins walk away there are bars/restaurants and shops. 10mins walk away is Quesada which had more restaurants and was much livelier. It is only 10 mins drive to the nearest beach. Our favourite supermarket was Consum (5mins drive)which had a lovely meat and seafood selection. Overall it has been lovely and from the start the owner Joanne has been very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic spacious villa with amazing pool!!!!

Me and my family had a fantastic holiday at your villa!! The location is brilliant and walking distance to the town and our favourite restaurant Antica Italia!!! The kids especially loved the size of the pool!! We had a pool party one night with all our friends and family and what a success it was! The outside space is incredible!! Some of the sunloungers and outdoor seating is very tired and also the towels provided are well used and needing updated but overall a wonderful villa and we are hoping to book again for next year!! The couple who own the villa are very help full!!

We have taken on board what was said and have already removed the offending sunbeds and bought two new ones. We have bought two new comfortable chairs for the undercover terrace. We will deal with any towels that need replacing when we next visit at the end of our renting season.

Lovely villa with a huge pool. Recommended.

The Villa is clean and spacious and has an excellent pool. It is situated within an urbanisation that is very quite but has all of the amenities that most people will need. I would highly recommend it as a restful holiday location to others.

Fabulous villa and great location!

We've been renting villas for almost 20 years - and this is right up there with the best we've ever stayed in. Huge pool, great barbecue, spacious rooms, quiet location - and pretty much everything needed within a five or ten-minute stroll - gutted we had to leave!

The extensive beaches of Guardamar are a 10 mins drive away. All beaches have an area with vigilant lifeguards until 7pm in the high season. They are easily accessed with plenty of parking.


About 30 mins drive from Alicante or San Javier (Murcia) airports.


Guardamar (10 minute drive) is a fair sized very Spanish town next to the beach. It has a lovely promenade alongside the beach with restaurants and bars. In the town there is a wide choice of restaurants and a variety of shops. There is a sports centre and indoor/outdoor pool situated next to the beach. Torrevieja is 15 mins. The larger towns/cities of Alicante, Murcia, Elche, Orihuela and Cartagena are within an hour's drive by motorway. The Mar Menor and La Manga strip are 40 mins drive.

Further Details:

The nearest shops are 5 mins stroll with restaurants, bars, supermarket, hairdressers, pharmacy and internet cafe. The town of Quesada is a 10 minute walk. Here there are banks, restaurants, bars, garage (24 hour) with shop, town hall, pub with internet access, gift shops, clothes shops, pharmacy, tennis courts, supermarkets, hairdressers, a gym, a bowling alley and a water park. The supermarkets within walking distance are open Saturdays and Sunday mornings. There are a number of larger supermarkets, also open at weekends, a short drive away.

Booking Notes:
Booking form to be completed and returned with deposit. Balance due 8 weeks before departure. A refundable deposit against any breakage or damage of between £200-£300 to be paid with the balance. Our rental charges cover all normal use of electricity and allows for the use of the air conditioning during the night. However, should someone wish to use it more often than that we reserve the right to deduct any excessive use of electricity from the refundable deposit.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day for July/August is a Saturday. Other months are flexible. Arrival time after 3pm and departure time by 10.30am.
