The property was built in 2004, Their is a lovely view of the shared pool from the kitchen window, also a children's pool. There are 3 restaurants close by, one supermarket and a tapas bar. Benidorm is a 15 minute drive away, with it's nightlife, golf course and beautiful beaches. Altea is a very old Spanish fishing town with lots of restaurants in the old town and the seafront. The property has 1 bedroom with fitted wardrobe and small balcony and a sofabed in the lounge.
A fitted kitchen with washing machine fridge/freezer microwave, oven and hob.There is a large bathroom. Also a spacious balcony for dining.
The property is jointly owned by Val and Keith who live in the UK and Jimmy who lives in Spain. This works well as Jimmy is usually only a phone call away if our guests should want to ask anything.

Altea is a very pretty coastal resort and just a 15 min walk from Albir which we love. We bought the property to use ourselves and also to share with family friends and guests. It is convenient for visiting lots of places along the Costa Blanca. It's peaceful with Benidorm in the distance should you want more lively nightlife.
For these reasons, it is ideally placed.
When at the property we enjoy the peace and quiet, we have made friends with other people in the area, The views of the mountains are lovely and change throughout the day. We also love the tapas bar just a few mins. walk up the road, It's lovely to sit there and enjoy the food whilst looking at the scenery. A steady stroll back to the apartment for a siesta is great.
The nightlife can be as peaceful or as noisy as you like. The lights of Benidorm may attract you, if not Altea has lovely intimate restaurants, especially in the atmospheric old town. We love a stroll along the seafront after a meal. You can be spoilt for choice.

We arrived quite late as our flight was delayed and where greeted without fuss. The Apartment was very clean with all the required items for our stay . I would have liked Wifi but I believe it is on the cards. Many Thanks for a great holiday and the MILK you brought to welcome us when all the shops where shut . Truly GREAT service.

We require a 25% non refundable deposit and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. We require £100 refundable bond in case of damages, which will be refunded when the apartment has been checked after leaving. Please ask if you would prefer to pay with the euro.
Change over day is flexible.

Prices are for apartment not per person in UK pounds. Euro if preferred. Prices stated are for one week, however a minimum stay of 5 days is acceptable and priced accordingly.
Air-conditioning and heating included in the price. Monthly prices on request for spring autumn and winter only.
