Well located apartment close to all amenities

Tania, the owner, made us feel very welcome, meeting us in the early hours! The apartment was big enough for 4 of us including our 17 and 18 year old sons. It was clean and was well equipped. Upstairs has very low beams above double bed so mind your head. Great balcony that enjoys the evening sun. The proximity to the beach, supermarket and Frejus Port couldn't have been better.

Great apartment in a fantastic place.

Tania the owner was fantastic from stat to finish. The apartment is very nice in a great location for the beach which is just a stones throw away. The port is lovely with plenty of thing to do. Everything you need is just outside the apartment.

It is in a quite location so no noise at night. I will be staying here again, and would recommend the apartment as a nice place to stay. Also I would be happy for Tania to give my email to anyone who would like a piece of mind before they book. Great Holiday THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Fantastic holiday

We stayed at this lovely apartment for two week.The apartment was located close to the beach,port,lots of good restaurants and a great supermarket.We had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday and look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you Tania for making our holiday a special one

Lovely Apartment close to The Med

This spacious fourth floor apartment is ideally situated, with lovely beaches, bars, restaurants and shops all within a few minutes walk, and is extensively equipped for a relaxing stay. The balcony overlooks the Artists' Quarter with glimpses of the port beyond, and catches the afternoon sun and sunsets. It is also close to the towns of Frejus and St Raphael, where boat trips can be taken to St Tropez and the islands. Although there is an underground car parking space, a direct bus from Nice Airport makes it easy to get to without driving.

The fact that we have been five times now effectively speaks for itself.

This property is perfect for those with or without a car. With a car, you are placed mid-way to access all the Alpes Maritimes and as far as Monaco, has to offer. Driving in the opposite direction, you are heading towards St Tropez... and the wilder side.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary


Situated 100m from the long, sandy beach and promenade, leading into the main town of St.Raphael. One minute walk from the heart of Port Frejus, with its yachts, bars, restaurants and boutiques.


Nearest airport Nice International, approx. 1 hour away via the A8 autoroute. By car from the A8 autoroute take Sortie 38, follow signs to Frejus/St.Raphael, then to Port Frejus. By train there is a main rail line at St. Raphael and also coach station. (A taxi would be needed to the apartment).


You are always within easy reach of famous places of the Riviera, including beautiful lakes, hill top villages and the Grand Canyon of Europe further North.

Further Details:

Within walking distance is a supermarket, but should you summon up the effort to drive about a mile there is a huge hypermarket for stocking up before heading home. In the same area is a go-kart circuit to keep teenagers amused, 'Base Nature' with a municipal pool and water park which provides a great day out for children of all ages.

Stay tax €1 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 18 years.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of a quarter of the total cost is required to reserve the apartment. The balance of the fee should be paid one month before the booked period. We ask for a caution of £200 to cover any breakages or additional expenses incurred during the stay. This is paid on arrival and reimbursed at the end of the holiday.
Changeover Day:
Saturday is changeover day. Please arrive no earlier than 4pm. and leave no later than 10.30am. There will be someone to meet you at the apartment between 4pm and 6.30pm.
Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week. Electricity included.

Outside: French windows lead from the living area onto a southwest facing balcony, equipped with table and chairs. This overlooks a quiet courtyard, with the Port beyond. There is secure underground parking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Linen is included. Towels are available at a fee. The apartment is cleaned before arrival and we ask that it is left in the same condition as found.
