We have owned the apartment since 1998 and used it for our own holidays until 2004 when we moved to the island into a large farmhouse just 5 minutes drive from Punta Prima

Why Lyn Tidy chose San Luis
We looked a quite a few properties on the South coast of the island but were taken by this one because of its size, position in the village and of course the lovely beach of Punta Prima. It is in a relatively quiet position being one of only 4 apartments in the block which are all privately owned and therefore not on a complex of apartments

Activity and Interests
200 metres from Punta Prima beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Land train from Punta Prima to Binibeca beach and back during holiday season.
Mahon airport is approximately 15-20 minutes drive away.
We do recommend you hire a car to see more of the beautiful island.
The town of Sant Lluis is approximately 10 minutes drive and the capital Mahon with its shops and superb harbour is approximately 20 minutes drive.

£100 non refundable deposit required per week (7 nights) payable on booking, balance to be completed 8 weeks in advance of your holiday date. Please note that the minimum number of nights per booking is 7 and we only take bookings on a 7 day basis. i,e, 7, 14, 21 etc
Bookings are taken on a Friday to Friday basis. However there is some flexibility on this during the low season.

- Notes on accommodation: We can hire a baby travel cot without linen if necessary. Please note that children under 3 years are not permitted to sleep in the beds. Outside: Terrace/balcony includes, patio table, 4 chairs, parasol, 2 sun loungers and cushions. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Apartment is cleaned before arrival and on departure. Linen and towels are included and changed once a week. Please note that beach towels are not included.
