My wife and I stayed here for 10 nights in October. We found the apartment easily enough thank to the detailed instructions and I can honestly say it more than lived up to our expectations. It was very well furnished to a high standard and also spotlessly clean with all the facilities you would need. In my opinion it has one of the best locations in the development, the view from the balconies and roof terrace overlooking a pool and golf course. We hope to return in April/May.
Fantastic Holiday Location
Fantastic Holiday Location with very good scenic views including a 360 degree view from the roof top terrace. Ideally situated for those who like to visit Old Town Marbella, San Pedro, Porto Banus, Estepona and surrounding areas. Very quiet with good facilities, secure gated access to all amenities etc. The apartment had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The owners were very helpful and most informative of the local facilities and amenities. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and relatives for a quiet and restful holiday or break.
Activity and Interests
The sandy, clean, gently sloping beaches of Puerto Banus, with full amenities, are 8 minutes away. After that the coast line is a permanent beach in each direction!
La Quinta has easy motorway access and is approx 40 mins drive from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. Malaga has several daily flights from all the major low cost airlines. Car hire is recommended to enjoy the superb surroundings and some of the more traditional white washed Spanish mountain villages.
There are many restaurants and supermarkets 5 minutes away in the old town of San Pedro. Many designer shops and restaurants can be found 8 minutes away in Puerto Banus, with its famous marina, where celebrities are often spotted!
The old town of Marbella is a further 10 mins away offering shops, open air dining in Orange Square and, of course, beautiful beaches.
The lovely old spanish villages of Estepona, Ronda, Casares, Ojen can all be reached within the hour. Seville is 2 hours away.
Both the Best Westin hotel and the La Quinta Clubhouse offers superb dining together with a lovely outside terrace overlooking the golf course serving light snacks all day.
Enjoy the new Spa at La Quinta, offering amazing therapy pools, cold area, individual therapy rooms, showers, Turkish baths and sauna, relaxing room and a team of professionals and specialists in the latest relaxation techniques. For families, why not try the La Quinta Kids Club, where your children (3-9yrs old) will be able to enjoy all their favourite activities: painting, handiwork, activities and games, supervised at all times by professionals. The Club is available during the school holidays and most weekends.
Close by you will find a Zoo, water park, go-kart track, jet skiing, sailing school, tennis.

Phone or e-mail to confirm availability. Confirmation of booking will be given once the deposit (20%) is received and cleared. This is non-refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, together with a £150 refundable bond, against breakages/lost keys. The bond is refunded following an inspection and return of the keys. The apartment is available from 3.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by no later than 10.00am on day of departure to allow cleaning.

- Notes on accommodation: All areas of the apartment are fully air-conditioned or heated. There are balconies on every level which are very private and have uninterrupted views of the golf course, mountains and the sea, fantastic for dining alfresco, barbecues or just sitting out and soaking up the scenery and sun. There is plenty of room for parking outside the apartment. For added security the development has electrically operated, key coded gates. All the comforts of home in a fantastic location! Outside: There are 3 swimming pools laid out in spacious, beautifully stocked sub-tropical gardens to choose from, the nearest being less than one minute walk from the apartment - close enough to take along your G&T (or tea and biscuits)! All pool areas have sunbeds and showers and provide glorious views of the golf course, sea and mountains. Utility Room: This is incorporated in the large kitchen and contains washing machine/dryer, airer, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Towels and linen are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. For occupancy of 2 weeks or more, clean laundry will be provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged but there will an extra cost. Other: The entrance hall, kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, lounge/ dining areas are on level 1. Level 2 has the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Level 3 is accessed via a staircase onto a large roof terrace with 360 degree views, sunloungers, barbecue, table/6 chairs.
