Privately owned, luxury, air-conditioned(cold/hot), two-bedroom penthouse apartment situated on the beautiful La Quinta Golf & Country Club, minutes from the famous marina and town of Puerto Banus. This well equipped property is situated on an exclusive gated development with fantastic views, three swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens. The apartment has been tastefully furnished and equipped to ensure that all the comforts of home are available to maximise everyone's enjoyment whilst on holiday.
My wife and I stayed here for 10 nights in October. We found the apartment easily enough thank to the detailed instructions and I can honestly say it more than lived up to our expectations. It was very well furnished to a high standard and also spotlessly clean with all the facilities you would need. In my opinion it has one of the best locations in the development, the view from the balconies and roof terrace overlooking a pool and golf course. We hope to return in April/May.
Fantastic Holiday Location with very good scenic views including a 360 degree view from the roof top terrace. Ideally situated for those who like to visit Old Town Marbella, San Pedro, Porto Banus, Estepona and surrounding areas. Very quiet with good facilities, secure gated access to all amenities etc. The apartment had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The owners were very helpful and most informative of the local facilities and amenities. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and relatives for a quiet and restful holiday or break.
Coast/Beach:
The sandy, clean, gently sloping beaches of Puerto Banus, with full amenities, are 8 minutes away. After that the coast line is a permanent beach in each direction!
Travel:
La Quinta has easy motorway access and is approx 40 mins drive from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. Malaga has several daily flights from all the major low cost airlines. Car hire is recommended to enjoy the superb surroundings and some of the more traditional white washed Spanish mountain villages.
Distances:
There are many restaurants and supermarkets 5 minutes away in the old town of San Pedro. Many designer shops and restaurants can be found 8 minutes away in Puerto Banus, with its famous marina, where celebrities are often spotted!
The old town of Marbella is a further 10 mins away offering shops, open air dining in Orange Square and, of course, beautiful beaches.
The lovely old spanish villages of Estepona, Ronda, Casares, Ojen can all be reached within the hour. Seville is 2 hours away.

Booking Notes:
Phone or e-mail to confirm availability. Confirmation of booking will be given once the deposit (20%) is received and cleared. This is non-refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, together with a £150 refundable bond, against breakages/lost keys. The bond is refunded following an inspection and return of the keys. The apartment is available from 3.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by no later than 10.00am on day of departure to allow cleaning.
Changeover Day:
Normally a Saturday but flexible dependent on availability.
