This quiet 1st floor one bedroom property is in a well established area, its main feature is the large swimming pool which has an ajoining childrens pool, and is set in well established gardens. The complex is walled for privacy and security. The area is well known for its golf courses, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and is a short drive to the vibrant town of Torrevieja. There are several Blue flag sandy beaches within a short drive from the apartment La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Player Flamenca, Punta Prima and Campoamor.

la Zenia beach is only a short drive away.


Guests have a choice of two airports Alicante which is approx 45 mins from the apartment and Murcia is approx 15/20 mins' both airports have motorway connections and car hire. It is advisable to hire a car and make the most out of your stay.

Further Details:

The area has many restaurants, bars, markets, beaches, supermarkets.

There is now a bus service which will take you to the beach at La Zenia (you will have a few minutes to walk from the bus stop).

Booking Notes:
A deposit of ?50 is payable on booking. The full payment is due 6 week before your holiday. Also a deposit of ?50 is payable for the keys and returned to you after your stay. Providing no damage has been done.

Changeover Day:
Guests arriving at the apartment will be given access to the apartment at 1.30 pm. Guest leaving the apartment are asked to vacate the apatment for 10.00am. This is flexible depending on the amount of bookings at the time.

Notes on prices:
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Rental Notes: We have a no dogs and a no smoking policy in our apartment. All guests must have adequate insurance to cover illness, accidents, theft and loss of belongings. Long term lets are available (negotiable rates).

Extra cleaning or washing services can be arranged if needed (this will be at an extra cost and you will pay the cleaner/keyholder). Outside: The large pool is surrounded by well maintained gardens and sun terraces. The pool is one of the largest pools in the area and is enclosed to ensure privacy and security. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and some towels will be provided. The cleaner will make sure everything is ready for your arrival. And she will come and clean after your stay. Other: The balcony has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks the gardens and large swimming pool.
