Bright and airy, the apartment has two private terraces, allowing both sun and shade at different times of the day, as well as a roof terrace offering spectacular views. This luxury complex has a restaurant, two swimming pools with adjacent children’s pools, a tennis court, a bouledrome with barbecue and picnic area, a gym with sauna and jacuzzi, a children’s playground and internet access.

We really enjoyed our time in Tavira. The apartment is an absolute gem. We had friends over for lunch - they had rented round the coast. They were really impressed (envious). We also appreciated the proximity of the complex to town. It meant we could easily walk into town for a meal (with drinks!!) and not worry about driving or taxis - Kevin.

We had the most wonderful holiday. The apartment was all we had hoped for and more. What an attractive little place Tavira is, and with some wonderful restaurants. Weather was brilliant. I have already given your information to friends who want to visit next year - Pete & Anne.

Our first visit to Tavira was a delight. The apartment is fantastic, absolutely first class! We enjoyed the variety of food available in the many restaurants - Marie & Fred.

We had a wonderful stay in your apartment and I must stay it is the nicest, most spacious one we have stayed in! We thoroughly enjoyed the boat to the beach and also the waterfall - Debbie.

Arrived after easy transfer by locally recommended taxi company. Greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was very clean and had all the required facilities. The apartment was located about a 20 min walk from the town of Tavira. The only concern about the walk was the first 200m were on the side of the main road with no paths. After this section it was a very pleasant walk. We had a very relaxing break and would definitely use this apartment again and would recommend it to anyone.

Rentals of more than 2 weeks receive 5% discount and rentals of more than 4 weeks receive 10% discount. Short-term rentals of less than 7 days are available - contact owner for prices. Special offers are available for late vacancy bookings.
There is an additional 'meet & greet' charge of £20.00 for arrivals after 6.00 pm.

Booking Notes:
Bookings more than 8 weeks prior to arrival – 30% deposit required at the time of booking. The balance is required at least 8 weeks before arrival.
Bookings less than 8 weeks prior to arrival – 100% is payable at time of booking.

Changeover Day:
Preferred day is Saturday; this is flexible. Check-in time is 2.30 pm and departure is by 10.00 am in order to give cleaning service time.

Outside: The apartment has 2 private terraces with patio furniture and a shared roof terrace. The two pool areas have sunbeds and sunshades, and like the tennis court and health club are only a short walk from the apartment. There is a restaurant with inside and outside dining adjacent to the larger pool, which also has a poolside bar. There is ample safe parking. Guests may book day excursions, arrange car and bike rental or order taxis at the reception office. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned once a week on change-over day.
