Notes on accommodation: Adults must supervise all children near the pool and on the roof terrace. Baby cot and high chair provided. Outside: Peaceful Mediterranean gardens, nicely secluded with gated hedge and walls. Extremely well kept. Luxurious private swimming pool fringed with tropical plants and impressive Palms. The large kidney shaped swimming pool (11x5m approx) & lush gardens are floodlit at night. Patio, terraces and grass areas ideal for sunbathing. Sun beds, outside dining furniture and barbecue provided. Superb roof terrace for spectacular views of the sea and soaking up the sun. Through the garden gate, close by is a flight of steps which lead directly onto the beautiful Cala Egos beach (2 minute walk approx). An enchanting cove with glass bottom boat trips around the magnificent east coast of the island. Excellent rocky areas with sunbathing platforms, great for swimming and snorkelling. The stunning Mondrago beach and National Park just a 10 min drive. 7 Other beautiful beaches at nearby Cala D'or. The prestigious Cala D'or Marina is only a 30 min walk and Vall D'or Golf Club is just a 15 min drive. Utility Room: A washing machine and dryer is available in the outhouse. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. The swimming pool is cleaned at least once a week. Other: Marble floors throughout to keep the home cool during the hot summer months. The villa has air conditioning. Excellent roof top terrace with superb views. Private terrace off bedroom 3 overlooking the pool and gardens.

Mallorca is a beautiful island, ideal for walking, painting, tennis, birdwatching and especially horse riding. There are stables nearby for some excellent riding around the stunning Mondrago beach and National Park. Scuba diving and rental boats can be booked at the Cala D'or marina.


Just 40 metres (approximately) from the bottom of the garden, steps lead directly onto the picturesque sandy cove of Cala Egos. Cala Mondrago in the Natural Park, (10 min drive) is one of the best beaches on the island. Stunning, turquoise waters & scenery, superb beach restaurant for day time and evening dining. (Not to be missed) 7 other beautiful sandy beaches and coves in the vicinity of nearby Cala D’or, all within 10 minutes drive. The magnificent Cala D’or Marina is a just a 20 min walk.


Cala Egos is only about 47km from Palma Airport and takes approx 40 minutes to get to. You have a choice of hiring a car and driving or, taking a taxi which will cost approx 70 euros. There are numerous car hire firms in the airport with vehicle collection just outside. Alternatively, you may wish to hire a car from the many hire companies in Cala D’or and Cala Egos, once you are in the resort. Details of all Car Hire companies can be provided.


Palma centre is approx 1 hour from Cala Egos. The exciting Aqua City Water-Park is only about 40 minutes away. Porto Cristo, a lovely town with a pretty harbour and the famous Caves of Drach is approx 25 minutes. Only 5 minutes round the corner from Cala Egos is the picturesque Porto Petro, a delightful fishing village with a small harbour and lovely views across the water. The stunning Cala Mondrago beach and National Park is only a 10 minute drive away.

Further Details:

Cala Egos has two good sized supermarkets only a 5 minute walk from the villa. There are banks, car hire firms, internet cafe, bicycle hire, tourist shops, clothes shops, numerous restaurants and bars. Cala D’or with a greater variety of these facilities is only a 5 minute drive away. Entertainment & childrens other activities a 4 to 5 minute walk.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. Confirmation will be sent to you detailing your booking and, the final balance would be required 10 weeks prior to departure. Prices shown are for the property for 1 week in UK sterling, subject to the owners acceptance in the people and number of people accommodating the property. A refundable deposit of £500 is required against any possible breakages/damage to the property and/or its contents and, for the return of the keys.

Changeover Day:
Sat to Sat preferred but we can be flexible, in line with low cost airlines. The villa will be ready for occupation from 3pm on the day of arrival & must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. If possible, we can be flexible here so please ask.
