This one bedroom first floor apartment offers luxury accommodation for up to 6 people. It has twin beds & ample wardrobe space in the bedroom with two double futons in the living area. The dining area has a large table & four chairs adjacent to a well equipped kitchen. The large balcony is accessible through both lounge and bedroom patio doors overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens, communal pools (one large pool & a small children's pool) and stunning sea views. Allocated parking is provided and there is also a lift to all floors. The apartment is ideally situated to all amenities, only 2 mins walk away from a supermarket, local shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. There are two bus stops outside the complex, Coral bay & the harbour are five minutes away by bus.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both lounge and bedroom. It is situated on the 1st floor which is accessible via lift, which makes this easier for families both with young children and elderly relatives. This apartment has large wardrobe space in the bedroom and has access to large balcony from both bedroom and lounge. Outside: The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and has a well maintained swimming pool/baby pool; it has sun loungers around the pool for communal use. There are pool side toilets and showers. The balcony has table and chairs, sun loungers and parasol. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen is provided and will be changed after each stay, a washing machine is provided for additional laundry services. Towels are provided for apartment use only. Beach towels are not provided. Other: The dining area has one dining table with 4 chairs and a large wall unit.
