1 Bedroom Apartment with Large Balcony Overlooking Beautiful Garden and Pools. Sea and Lovely Sandy Beach across the Promenade

Nicely furnished,and well equipped,very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It has a large south/west facing balcony which gets the sun from late morning till dusk.We have two comfy sofas in the sitting room (one is a Danish sofabed by BO- Concept),the twin beds in the bedroom have luxury memory foam mattresses.The five km promenade(all on the flat) is very popular with walkers.There is a secure on site car park but a car is not necessary as there is excellent public transport.

We are a retired professional couple who bought this apartment in 2005.We like Los Boliches and Fuengirola very much and our family has had many enjoyable holidays here.We visit regularly and aim to keep our apartment as smart and comfortable as we can for our own use as well as for the use of our guests.

We bought this apartment because it is wonderfully situated right on the sea front with a lovely promenade.We also loved the view of the pools and garden from the balcony. In addition Los Boliches is well served by public transport and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.There is plenty to do, something for all ages.

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 30 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Talk of the Town and many others at 20 Metres Nearest Ferry : Fuengirola with a tourist ferry to Benalmadena at 1 Kilometres Nearest Golf : at 2 Kilometres Nearest Train : Los Boliches at 250 Metres Nearest Motorway : A7 at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Many restaurants closeby suiting all tastes at 20 Metres Nearest Beach : Los Boliches at 15 Metres Car: not necessary


The Los Boliches blue flag beach is just across the promenade from Palm Beach apartments and is very popular for walking .


Malaga airport is 30 minutes by train from Los Boliches station. and runs every 20 mins. Los Boliches train station is only a short walk away,about 6-7 minutes. A car is not necessary as there is very good local transport.Local bus stops close by take you to Torremolinos and Malaga city, and to Fuengirola town center. From Fuengirola bus station there is a frequent bus service to Mijas a typical, famous Andalusian village with its own museum , bull ring etc. There are coaches which take you most days into Gibraltar, Ronda, Granada and Cordoba. Fuengirola Sohail castle has beautiful panoramic views from ramparts. Roman remains in Los Boliches also.


Mijas, Marbella,Benalmadena,Torremolinos,and Malaga and Gibraltar are easily reached by public transport.There is a zoo and aquapark in Fuengirola.

Further Details:

There is an excellent supermarket within Palm Beach and we are a couple of minutes walk from local shops, restaurants,cafes,bars and chemist.Local banks are about five minutes walk away.

Booking Notes:
The winter Monthly rental price is £800 from 1st November 2016 till 29th February 2017 and includes electricity and cleaning before and after occupancy. A 25% non returnable deposit is required to secure the booking,payable by cheque or bank transfer with the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday. A £100 deposit against loss/damages is required with balance.There is a minimum age of 25 years for booking client.

Changeover Day:
Flexible but prefer to avoid Sundays. Access on day of arrival is from 14:30 and departure by 10:00am.

Notes on prices:
Prices quoted are for two people, there is a small additional charge for a three or four person occupancy.Price quoted includes electricity and cleaning before and after your holiday.
