San Andres Apartment offers short-term holiday lets in the historic centre of Seville on a self-catering basis for your better independence and privacy. The apartment is located on the top, fourth floor of a large Sevillana House. It is situated in Calle Quevedo, close to Iglesia de San Martin, a 15th century gothic church. The apartment is a short walking distance to all the historical monuments in Seville as well as shopping streets, bars and restaurants. The apartment is close to the Plaza de la Encarnacion, with the contemporary urban landmark known as the Metropol Parasol and the Alameda de Hercules, an avenue represented by two Roman columns with statues of the legendary founders of Seville - Hercules and Julius Cesar. The apartment is air conditioned and heated during winter. It has free WiFi and sleeps a maximum of 4 people. Amongst the best features are its 2 private roof terraces with spectacular 360 degrees views, peaceful setting, seating/resting area and barbecue.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is heated during winter and air conditioned during summer. It is suitable for a short break, romantic honeymoon, business trip or a longer stay. You can combine your holiday in Seville with visits to the beaches just an hour away, or trips to other nearby cities in Spain like Granada, Cordoba, Jerez or Cadiz. The surrounding Sierras and Natural Parks offer great walking possibilities. Outside: The best feature of the apartment are its 2 private roof terraces. The lower terrace has outside seating area for 4 people, and barbecue. On the top terrace you can find 2 sun loungers and and lounge area with pillows and table. There are plants on both terraces together with candle lanterns. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, linen and 2 dressing gowns are included.The property is cleaned before and after your arrival. A sufficient amount of towels are provided for your stay. For longer stays cleaning and change of towels can be arranged. Other: Welcome basket included for bookings 6 nights and longer includes a bottle of wine, juice, milk, coffee, tea, olives, bottle of water plus fresh flowers.
