This fifth floor spacious apartment has breathtaking south facing panoramic sea views over the harbour and bay of San Antonio. It is 1 minute walk to the famous Cafe del Mar and Mambo bars on sunset strip and shares the spectacular sunsets from the large private balcony and sitting room! It is 5 minutes walk to the centre of town where boats and buses can be caught to numerous beaches and where buses also leave for the old historic town of Ibiza. Next to the pools the attractive terrace bar and restaurant serves excellent food and drinks all day. The tables on the landscaped terrace have lovely views over the old harbour, the boats, the bay and the distant islands and have large umbrellas for shade.

The small beach is 1 minute from the apartment and the large beach is 5 minutes away.

Perfectly Situated with Stunning Views

The apartment is really well situated pretty much centrally between the marine harbour and Cafe Del Mar on the sun set strip. We felt like we were in a little oasis retreat and we still had access to great restaurants, cafes and shops. You can also park for free at the gravel car park situated to the side of restaurant Mint and Cafe Del Mar.

We had amazing views from the 5th floor balcony over the stunning aqua marine waters, the harbour to the left and Mediterranean to the right, with the sun setting in the West, the very private balcony receives the midday and afternoon sun enabling you to bask in its glory. The block of flats has a lift :-) if stairs are not your thing.

There is a shore side walk right below which leads either to the marina and our absolute favourite ...cafe Rita's (fantastic food and Cuban ambience at good prices). Or you can walk past Cafe Del Mar (pull in for a cocktail :-) and take a romantic sunset walk along the coast.

There is a restaurant and fabulous pool, just below the flat too. The restaurant is run by a really nice guy by the name of Fernando. However we stayed in April, slightly out of season and the cafe opens in May for the summer months. That wasn't a problem as there are so many great restaurants close by. Three of our favourites were Mint on sunset strip and The Curry Club with its stunning decor and Villa Mercedes (fantastic veg burgers and pud). Oh and a really friendly frozen yogurt shop right next the the flat.. Yummy :-)

Hester (the owner) was brilliant and provided us with detailed instructions and gave us advise on where to go and do. The flat is well equipped with all the basics you need to self cater and there is a very friendly and helpful concierge in the basement flat.

I could go on and on about what a great time we had, but this is going to turn into a book instead of a review. We had a hire car and explored the whole island. If you're not into the clubbing world... April worked for us. We had great weather 25 - 29 degrees :-)

WOW! THE VIEWS AND SUNSETS ARE INCREDIBLE !!!

My friends who stayed here last year recommended this fantastic apartment with incredible sea views. ..

I have no regrets! It was furnished in a simple Spanish way, very clean practical and comfy. I loved Hesters (the owners) paintings on the walls, of Ibiza. She was very helpful and nice to deal with and told me a good company to rent a car from at the airport and lots of fab places to visit all over the island. There was plenty of free parking close to 27B.

I was knocked out by the sea view down the corridor when I arrived! There was a good lift to the 5th floor and steps too if you're feeling energetic!

I drove out to the country and came across lots of magical little villages with goats, orange groves, olive trees and little fields.It was completely unspoilt and rural which wasn't how I imagined Ibiza to be!! Well worth hiring a car or bike to really see the island. The clubbing sounds terrific but I'm a bit past that now! I loved the peace and quiet in the apartment and out and about in October when I was there.

I was brave and had a couple of swims in the sea off the rocks in front of the flat. There is a fab big pool and café but I prefer the sea myself.

I liked Ritas cafe for thai food and breakfast and the San Antonio yacht club, very cool ...for a coffee and tapas (too expensive to eat there for me) but only a couple of minutes walk from 27B. both have easy wi-Fi access.

I drove up to the big mountain At alia on the other side of the bay up a very windy and a bit of a hair raising road but we'll worth it for the views of the island from the top.

I cooked myself a paella and got good prawns, chicken, paella rice from the big supermarket up the road and local fruit and veg from the little open market round the corner.

The porter lives on the premises which was useful. She was very sweet and came up to change a light bulb for me with a stepladder.

I would most definitely recommend Hesters place to stay in, even to anyone a bit older like me. As well as I'm sure the young ones who like the night life! The cafe del Mar and walk along sunset strip was very attractive and right next to the flat. I stopped by for a nice cocktail there and watched the sunset one evening but quite honestly the sunsets are just the same sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine or a beer and a lot cheaper too!

All in all, a cracking spot. I will be going again next year. That's for sure.

Stunning location! Fabulous views!

DATE  OF  STAY.

25TH  SEPT - 2ND OCT 2016

The flat is very pleasant, light  and airy. It is on the 5th  floor  and literally right on the seafront. The view is spectacular of the bay, the sea & the harbour.

Hester (the owner) mentioned La Sirena (a big shop just up the road) was good  for gifts. We bought lovely perfume, sarongs and little leather purses. Great value there.

We swam in the sea in the  little cove just  below the  flat, really lovely and also enjoyed the  big pool at the  flats too.

We went  to  Ritas cafe  just a  few  minutes walk for  coffee  & wifi. Sometimes  went there for  good breakfasts too. The pancakes are superb!

The Flat is on Sunset strip & just a very short walk to  Savannah, Mambo and cafe del Mar & the sunsets are incredible! We enjoyed watching the glorious sunset view from the balcony at the flat every eve.

We had such an amazing time. There is so much to see & do. We will definately be returning for a future holiday.

Lovely apartment

My girlfriend and I stayed in this apartment for 9 nights and I must say the location is second to none. The pool area is nice with a poolside restaurant that we ate in every lunchtime. The Balcony is what you pay for though, lovely views of the sunset and of the sea.

The reason this apartment did not get 5 stars is in 37 degree heat it is difficult to get by with no air con or fans and it's nice to get some respite from the heat.

Other than that and some overall updating of the property this would definitely be a 5 star review.

Just Stunning!

27B is simply a perfect place for your stay in San Antonio, Ibiza. The apartment is very secure and the door to the street is locked at night for extra security. The apartment is well furnished with a new cooker and fridge in the kitchen with all you need to be self sufficient. The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and peaceful but close to the promenade and sunset bars, with the shops and centre close by. It has a lovely swimming pool and a restaurant below which serves great food/snacks. Both the owner and the the lady who looks after the block are extremely helpful and cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The most stunning feature of the apartment is the view from the balcony over the harbour. You can sit for hours enjoying the view of the bay, watching the world go by. It is for me, "my perfect place" to stay and I am so happy that I have found it.

Stunning views!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The balcony is surprisingly big and looks over San Antonio bay which is beautiful day or night. The location couldn't be better. You can walk everywhere you need to- bars, restaurants etc it's also only 10 mins to the bus station where we got the bus to Ibiza town. The apartment itself is more traditionally decorated but was fine for us- we spent most of the time on the balcony! I'm surprised about the review suggesting Hester wasn't pleasant. I would have to say all our correspondence was friendly and professional. Overall we had a great experience dealing with Hester and fantastic holiday at this apartment. I would highly recommend and we look forward to returning again.

Coast/Beach:

There are beaches in San Antonio very close to the apartment and nearby at Cala des Moro and Cala Gracio all in easy walking distance. Boats and buses can be caught to numerous other beautiful beaches on the island, from San Antonio.

Travel:

The apartment is 20 mins from the airport and Ibiza town. Taxis and car hire are available 24 hours a day at the airport. The interior of the island is very unspoilt, rural and beautiful; with pretty villages, interesting shops, good bars and restaurants to be found. A road train can be caught from San Antonio to the charming village of Santa Agnes where lunch can be enjoyed at Bar Cosmi. Boats can be caught from Ibiza town to the beautiful island of Formentera.
