The accommodation briefly comprises: steps down to porch and through to large, light filled living room with satellite TV and CD player; American fitted kitchen (including a microwave and washing machine), one twin bedded bedroom 90 / 2 meters and one double bed bedroom 160 / 2 meters, full bath/shower and WC. Terrace commanding stunning views and is perfectly large enough for dining alfresco or catching up on some holiday reading. Close proximity to the Port makes all the amenities an easy 10 minute stroll and of course the beach, though meandering back up the hill takes a bit more leg work. Very well presented accommodation. Ca'n Gat is absolutely perfect year round.

‘We have just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks in Can Gat. We could not have wished for a better holiday - especially for our two friends as this was their first visit abroard. Can Gat is a very lovely, well equipped apartment with stunning alround views of Peurto Soller and the Taramuntana Mountains. The people were most welcoming and food excellent. Although we did not hire a car, travel around the island via public transport or taxi was very reasonable and we were able to visit many places. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you to Richard for his attention to detail and helpfulness throughout our stay’

Stunning views

We arrived on the Sunday in half term to find the cleaner prepping the apartment. She was very helpful and allowed us early entry. The views on entrance are stunning, better than the photo! Great place with all amenities including wifi but sadly no English tv channels. There was ample parking directly outside which helped as we had a pram and car seat for our 4 month old baby. All the rooms are clean and have loads of wardrobe space. This was a great place to stay away from the hustle bustle. The location is perfect and we loved it but beware...its a steep hill climb back from the port. We didn't mind it as we often needed exercise after eating and drinking in the port, even with the pram! Could do with a mini upgrade in the bathroom but nothing major. Port of Soller and Soller are two of our favourite places in Mallorca and the accommodation was perfect for what we wanted and what we paid considering it was half term. Everything is done through Mallorca Dream Homes agency in Soller and they were really helpful with all our enquiries. We would definitely return!!
