Charming Grade II Listed Cottage

Barn Parc Cottage is a charming Grade II listed traditional stone and slate cottage which is situated in the popular village of St Mabyn within easy reach on North Cornwall’s famous visitor attractions. The cottage has recently been upgraded with a new kitchen and refurbished conservatory. Sleeping up to 6 persons in 3 double bedrooms with private enclosed gardens to the rear, Barn Parc Cottage is ideal for families with young children, golfers, walkers, water sport enthusiasts and anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. We have updated our cleaning procedures to make the cottage as safe as possible for guests and staff. We have also prepared some guest guidelines which are available to view. Please note that prices for the weeks of 13th and 20th July and the 3rd August have been reduced.

Ew Year holiday

We were a party of 3 adults (1over 80) and a dog. The cottage was warm, cosy and well looked after. The home is very well equipped for a stay, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen.

Yet again an amazing stay in this beautiful cottage, a perfect home from home and ideal location for exploring Cornwall. Beautiful quaint village with a little shop that sells all you need along with a great village pub that does fantastic food which is also dog friendly. Will be staying here again next year for sure.

Amazing Easter break

Just got back from 5 days in this beautiful cottage. Already planning to book again. Lovely country cottage in a great location, handy corner shop and local pub. Only 20 min away from the coast. We visited Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock, Boscastle, Tintagel. Had a very picturesque walk and lunch at st nectan’s glen. Very good communication with the owner, definitely will be recommending to our friends and family thanks again 👍

Everything you could wish for in a holiday cottage and more

We had a great family holiday with three generations staying all together and plus the dog the cottage had everything you could wish for with ample space inside and out for the six of us staying there for the two weeks there was easy parking at the front of the cottage for two cars as for the village itself the people there we found to be very friendly from the little shop to the village pub and all with in a five minute walk I would strongly recommend anyone to stay here as it has everything you need and in a great location to go and explore in and around Cornwall thank you for letting us stay at this great cottage
