Casa Siso Del Mar is situated on the tranquil south coast of Javea (Costa Nova La Marina) with fabulous sea views. Walking distance to tennis courts/restaurants and only a 5-10 minute drive from the Arenal beach and beachfront bars/restaurants. Built on 3 levels: upper level consists of spacious lounge with large log-burning fireplace, aircon,Sky TV and DVD, leading to glazed dining terrace, fitted kitchen with all mod cons, twin bedroom and shower room. On the lower level, two bedrooms with aircon and shared large bathroom, plus Master Bedroom with Kingsize bed, aircon,luxury marble fitted en-suite shower room, walk-in dressing room and its own sun terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. Our playroom has a 50" plasma TV with playstation, Wii, games, DVDs and board games. There is also a fantastic separate apartment on the pool level which opens out onto 5m x 10m pool. The apartment has its own kitchen, lounge with aircon, twin bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. Car recommended.

About Karen Jackson

We are a family of 4 from Hertfordshire with two children aged 23 and 21. We moved to Spain 13 years ago to experience a different kind of life. We intended to stay for 2-3 years but ended up staying for much longer. Our children studied at the International School but when our youngest turned 18 we came back to UK so that he could attend University. We use our villa as often as we can but we rent it out to help pay the costs and keep it in the family.

Why Karen Jackson chose Javea, Moraira and Denia Area

We chose Javea for its' year round community and because it is so beautiful here. There are two international schools and because of that, Javea is busy all year and not just through the summer months. The beaches are lovely and there is so much to do and see here. Unlike Benidorm, the tourist industry have not been allowed to develop hotels on the beach fronts which has kept the town much less touristy than other seaside resorts. With the cinema playing English movies and a great shopping mall only 20 minutes away, Javea has everything we could need.

We guarantee a wonderful holiday in Javea when you visit.

What makes this villa unique

Our property is only 7 minutes drive to the main beach, shops and restaurants. We are walking distance to some lovely restaurants, a tennis club and a mini market that does daily papers, bread and has a dvd club.

Next to the house are steps to the sea where you can do some great snorkelling.

The views are amazing and the area is very peaceful. We have a TV/games room with a 50" tv and playstation which should keep the kids amused!

Notes on accommodation: The property also has wireless internet access (WiFi). Outside: The property enjoys a privileged, private hillside location. It is south-facing with spectacular views of the sea and coastline. Garden furniture is provided by the pool, including sun loungers, large cherry wood dining table (with space to seat 10) with parasol and chairs and large 10x5 pool with roman steps and underwater lights. There is a private car port for one car but plenty of room outside the house for further parking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen & Hand & bath towels provided but NOT swimming towels. We do not allow guests to take our bath towels to the beach or use them around the pool. If you require a change of towels and linen during your stay there is a charge of £10 per person. Other: Our playroom has two recliner leather sofas and a 50" plasma TV attached to playstation and DVD. We have a large library of DVDs and playstation games. We also have many boardgames and books for our guests to enjoy.

Just the most fantastic home and perfect glorious accommodation which far exceeded our very high expectation! Beautifully maintained in a perfect setting with the most amazing sea view. Will definitely be going back as it had everything we could ever wish for plus more! We all absolutely loved our stay there and would very highly recommend

what an amazing place,

we had an amazing holiday, close enough to the beach, great restaurants, and things to do.

the villa had a fantastic pool, many hours spent in it and around it.

I was there with 4 teenagers and they really enjoyed the whole ambiance too.

Home from home.........

Karen was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay extra special as we were celebrating a family birthday. There were 8 of us with ages ranging from 5 to 68. The villa has everything you need? It's in a peaceful area, with beautiful views, and still close enough to Javea, but you do need a car. Plenty of things to keep young children occupied. Our only problem was that our grandson didn't want to come home. Thank you Karen

Absolutely delightful villa, beautiful location

We had a fantastic week in this villa in Javea.

The location was perfect, quiet with stunning views, but within a short drive of beautiful beaches, delightful restaurants and fascinating places to visit.

The villa itself is every bit as stunning as the photos suggest. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Having the downstairs kitchen with direct access to the pool meant al fresco meals were the order of the day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

Cliff-top Villa with everything

My family of 10 including were easily accomodated in this spacious clifftop villa. Sunbeds for everyone, and lots of sunshades for those who avoid the sun. Air conditioning in most rooms, very well furnished and all in sparkling good condition. The pool had automatic hidden lighting for night time use, and the pool area, with adjacent kithen and new gas barbecue with dining area were flood-lit at night. Restaurants in easy walking distance, and the beach and town centre within a ten minute drive, So many facilities and extras such as comfortable air conditioned sitting room with Sky T.V Fantstic top floor dining room, with panaramic views accross the bay, dish washer, washing machine, superb Master Bedroom with huge balcony, This villa has everything you will need and is very reasonably priced. Perfect for a winter sunshine break, We loved it!

Seaford, East Sussex

lovely location

Family holiday - 7 "18-25 "children" inc. partners/friends plus 2 "adults" ("Mum & Dad") - wonderful location for the 9 of us. Pool, patio/BBQ area just became the hub. The poolside apartment + fridge/kitcen made for easy alfresco dining and the BBQ saw constant use. Lovely quiet location (except for us at times!). Bedrooms and living rooms were all we had hoped for - great views of the bay. Definitely need a car to get to around, even for local basics. Didn't try to order any taxis as our Spanish would not have coped with giving directions to the villa for pick-up! Path to the rocks was "interesting" (tricky at the rocks end) - tried it once and we all agreed that going to the 2 more local beaches - Granadella and Barraca (latter much prefered - great little beach bar/restaurant and best snorkeling!) was the best option. The Jackson family made their house like feel like home from home - there was nothing we didn't want for. Property is on three floors, so be prepared to go up and down the stairs on a regular basis. We all had a great time and the sizeable villa swallowed our numbers with ease. Great memories were had - thank you!

A 30% deposit payable on booking (non-refundable). A further £350 refundable damage deposit which will be returned on receipt of the keys and satisfactory inventory. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival date. We charge £90 cleaning fee per booking. Please call us or email us before paying any money in order to secure your booking. We have a strict Saturday changeover during July and August so a 10 day booking would still be charged for 2 weeks.
