Villa in Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain - Recently Completely Renovated, Ideally Situated for all Amenities

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has been completely restored and furnished inside and out to the highest standard and in the much sought after style of 'Mellini'. it is in a quiet residential road with secure off street parking

The villa has Wi-Fi as well as a full range of UK TV channels

It is very close to the sea, with a beautiful sea view and about 10 minutes walk to Moraira town centre or 3 minutes by car. It is about an hours drive from Alicante.

Smart clean property with sea views

This is a lovely property that we like to return to whenever we go back to Moraira. It is maintained to a high standard and very well looked after. It has air conditioning which can also heat in the cooler months, British TV and WiFi. The villa has a real home from home feel and we can't wait to return.

There are lovely sea views from the terrace. It is located in a peaceful area about a 20 minute walk to the town or 3/4 minutes in a car. Within a very short walk there are numerous bars and restaurants. I can't fault the location.

Ray and Barry are on hand to ensure your holiday goes smoothly and although we have not met them they responded to queries by phone and emails very promptly, Their contact details are left in the villa together with an information pack.

Overall we could not fault this property and having rented villas in the area for 25 years this is definitely one of the best.

Beautiful villa perfect location

We are just back from our 7th stay at this perfect villa. We were well looked after by Ray and Barry who were always there for us when we had any questions. The villa is in a superb location and a short walk to local bars and restaurants and a 15mins stroll into Moraira. The villa caters for all your needs and we have booked again for next year and will be back hopefully for years to come.

Beautiful villa and perfect location

This was our 7th stay at this villa and was as perfect as ever. We were well looked after by Ray and Barry and they were there for us if we had any problems or questions. The villa is perfect and beautifully decorated. It is a short walk to local bars and Moraira town is only a 15mins stroll. We have booked again for next year, and hopefully many years to come.

a little jewel in the med.

just got home from our fourth year at this superb villa.once again our stay was so relaxing and chilled,just what we needed.ray and barry once again looked after our every need,nothing to much trouble for these two guy's.the description of the villa say's it all a little treasure.

Home from Home

Cannot recommend this villa highly enough - from my initial enquiry to being on holiday for 3 weeks it really felt like home from home with a fully equipped kitchen & Sky Sports too !! A spacious, clean & welcoming villa with lovely sea views, level path around the side to gain entrance at the back, car parking space within the villa grounds & took us 25 minutes to walk down to Moraira or 3 minutes in the car. Ray very quick to respond to any enquiries. Better not say too much as we want to regularly go back.

Lovely Villa

Had a lovely week in Moriara Villa well positioned

for a 20 min walk into town.

Nicely decorated Villa lovely terrace and

swimming pool with views of the sea .

Only issue we had were both beds very

uncomfortable to sleep on no head boards

or quilts just covers the bed bases looked

like camping beds also the 4 sun beds by the

pool were broken and we were offered no apology

By letting agent or owners just to say the beds were

expensive and sun beds will be replaced next year

Other than that we had a great time in sunny Moriara

and will be returning on a more regular basis

But to a different villa

The villa is situated only 200m from a beach and rocky promontory - ideal for sun bathing and snorkelling. An excellent quiet and refined Beach Bar and Restaurant completes the scene. It is only a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the sandy beaches and town of Moraira. There are also many small quiet coves between Moraira and Calpe most with small beach bars


Nearest airport is Alicante about 1 hour drive away by motorway.

Valencia airport about 1¼ hour away by motorway.

Car hire from airport recommended.


Many beautiful towns are nearby such as Calpe, Javea, Jalon, Denia, Altea and the mountains, all within easy reach in half an hour.

Further Details:

There are no high rise buildings or large hotels in Moraira. There are a wide range of excellent restaurants, bars and designer boutiques to suit all tastes, occasions and pockets. There is an attractive Port adjacent to the town centre.

We ask for a 25% deposit to confirm booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival date.

A £300 key deposit to be paid with the final balance. This is fully refundable once property is inspected on changeover and no damage reported.

Payments and return of deposit are made by bank transfer

Changeover day is optional to suit yourselves

Arrival is 4pm onwards. Departure is by 10am, allowing the villa to be properly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests. It may be possible to change these times by prior agreement to suit your travel arrangement

High chair, cot and other baby equipment is available to rent at a reasonable price

24 hr management team is available, ensuring your rental will be trouble free
