"Thank you for a fantastic holiday and we really enjoyed the walks and quality times together as a family. We only went to the beach once as children preferred their own pool even at night. Breathtaking views!!

We stayed here for 1 week, myself, husband, mother and our 2 young children 4 & 6. It is rather out the way all I can say thank goodness my husband done the driving. Very twisty roads and steep incline finding the villa. But it is all worth it!! The view from the lovely

Pool is gorgeous!! We were in awe everyday day looking out over the mountains! The kids loved the pool and were in there constantly. Once you get more confident in the driving of these twisty roads, you are flying! Comares is a lovely little town, great to get some shopping and wander about, there is a small play park for the kiddies too. I'd highly recommend this villa, is was beauntiful and very clean. It's a wonderful place to get away from it all!! You won't be disappointed ! Karen, alan, linda and the kids!

Photos cannot do this location justice - it is so beautiful. Anyone looking for peace and quiet will love this villa, there is no noise apart from the dogs from nearby farms barking at night, the donkey the goat bells and the birds! Lovely villages to visit within twenty minutes drive and Comares closeby for essentials. No words can describe the views - just incredible. We loved it!

Activity and Interests


The nearest beach resort is Torre Del Mar, about 40 minutes away with sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, discos and shops. This area is very popular with local spanish and the fishing port and marina is 1km east at Caleta de Valez.

Further to the west there are beach towns such as Benaldamena, Torremalinos, Calahonda and Marbella.


Nearest airport is Malaga, about 40 to 50 minutes depending on traffic and time of travel. Car hire is essential and reasonably priced although we recommend booking early for best prices. If need, a car and driver may be available for hire through us however not guaranteed.


Nearest and most charming village of Comares is 10 minutes.

Lake Vinuela 30 minutes. Other villages are in a 20 minute radius. Velez Malaga 30 minutes. All providing drives with breathtaking views.

You will be met by our representitive at the villa with a welcome pack including necessities such as milk, tea, coffee, beer and wine. He/she will also provide any additional information or services you may require to settle down.

In Comares there are two small supermarkets, tobacconist, Banks / Cash dispensers, bars and restaurants to meet locals for tapas and regional wines. More typically spanish restaurants are located in surrounding villages. There are regular fiestas in all the villages throughout summer which are a fun experience. For major shopping we recommend Velez Malaga with large supermarkets and modern shopping centres. Entertainment here includes multicomplex cinema and go-karting. On Thursdays there is a large street market.

  • Notes on accommodation: The villa is suited for families as the garden is fenced to protect children although the pool is open where supervision is required. The building is constructed on one level to suit all age groups. All rooms consist of electric fans. Outside: Outside the house the 8mx4m private swimming pool and terrace provides fun and sunbathing during the day and charming ilumination at night around the area and the vicinity is ideal for romantic evenings or cocktail parties. The bar area and the BBQ is a setting for any occasion. As for breakfast times the covered terrace is unbeatable for views and watching the sun come up over Sierra Tejeda mountain range. Utility Room: Iron, Ironing board, cleaning equipment, washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included. The villa is professionally cleaned between lets and linen and towels changed during longer lets. The pool and garden is also regularly maintained. Other: All bedrooms have dressing tables, mirror, fan.
