Villa in Cavalaire sur Mer, Nr. St Tropez, Cote D'Azur - Superb Location, 3 mins Walk from the Beach

This spacious and beautifully finished Villa is situated within its own private and secluded grounds of over 1.1 Acres (5,200m2) with lawns and woodland - yet is only 300 metres from the sea in a sought-after location between La Croix Valmer and Cavalaire, 20 minutes west of St Tropez via the quiet road past Ramatuelle.

The villa is south-facing, extremely spacious with 200m2 of living space and has a beautiful 'mosaic' swimming pool of 10m x 5m situated close to the house, surrounded by terraces. Secure gates with ample parking for several cars. Mains water, electricity & central heating.

All main rooms open on to the terraces and pool area and there is also a superb covered terrace with an outdoor dining area with table. Inside, the property is very light and airy with large windows and open-plan sitting room & dining room with a 10 seater dining table opening to the terraces. Fully fitted luxury kitchen, 5 double bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 1 bathroom.

The reasons why we bought our villa in Cavalaire Sur Mer :

When we were looking to buy our villa in Cavalaire Sur Mer 7 years ago, we had a few points on our wish list.

Firstly, with young and growing kids, we wanted to be a short walk from the beach and beach restaurants, so we could pop down to the beach and back to the villa with ease. It was also important that we could walk into the town for restaurants, bars and shops and also have a wide varieties of activities, villages, towns and attractions to visit within a short drive. Our villa was able to tick all the boxes.

Our villa with superb garden space, offers great privacy and we believe the location is perfect for family and friends to spend time in the beautiful Cote D'Azur.

Why Will Humphreys chose St Tropez region

It was the wow factor that made us buy this villa. This place is great. Very private with plenty of space both inside and outside, it's own pool, yet within a very short walk you can be at the beach and town! Ticks many boxes for a perfect family holiday - I am sure you will agree if you stay there.

What makes this villa unique

This property offers bags of space both inside and outside. The garden, outside eating area and pool are superb. The position of the villa is quite unique. Most of the larger villas are situated much further away from the beach. From our villa a short walk and you are at the Med!

Notes on accommodation: The villa is ideal for a family rental. The villa is spacious and on one floor. It has its own swimming pool and is close to the beach and the lively town of Cavalaire is a short walk along the beach. Ideal for families: travel cot/linen, high chair, changing mat, swimming pool alarm. Optional pool heating is charged as an extra. The villa is does not have air con throughout but optional cost mobile air-conditioning units are available (please ask for details). Wifi now available for 2015 summer season. Outside: There are large terraces directly overlooking the swimming pool. The pool is a beautiful mosaic style and is 10m x 5m. There is an ideal covered eating area with superb table big enough for 10 people. There is a barbecue for the guests to use and plenty of sun loungers to use while relaxing by the pool. There also 2 large outside parasols for shade. Utility Room: Garden seats / tables. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included for house and swimming pool use. There is one linen change included in the price per stay. The swimming pool and gardens will also be maintained weekly. There is an extra charge for having the pool heated.
