Ground floor apartment with direct access to the pool and beautiful gardens that make the popular complex of La Isla in Arenal the most sort after complex in the town. A unique setting with large tropical gardens, palm trees and lawns, making it the perfect place for long hours of relaxation in the sun or shade. The lagoon style pool is breathtaking and has bridges and a central island. The apartment is within a few mins walk of the blue flag Arenal beach with its multitude of shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with fully fitted kitchen, including oven, toaster, microwave and washing machine. The paved patio offers shade and sun and is equipped with BBQ and patio furniture for dining alfresco. There is a full bathroom with shower only, toilet and wash basin. Fans are provided for the summer months. Music and DVD is also provided for guest use.

My friend and I stayed at the apartment for 3 weeks this May, we had such a lovely time. The apartment is clean & well equipped. The gardens are beautiful & so well kept & having ground floor access to the pool/garden was lovely. It's only 5 minutes to walk to the Arenals bars & beach - perfect. We've already booked for 2017 but for a month - can't wait. Thanks Rob - Anne

Had a fabulous time in Javea. The apartment and grounds were everything that we could have hope for. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, even down to a good selection of DVDs to get the children out of the heat of the day. The pool is beautiful, clean and only a few paces from the garden gate, ideal for cooling off after sunbathing.

The Arenal beach with all it's restaurants and bars is a short stroll away.

We will be back!

Activity and Interests


The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent Blue Flag beaches. The Arenal beach is a flat 5 min walk from the apartment and offers beautiful sand and shallow water. There are many unspoilt rocky beaches and coves around the nearby coast which provide excellent snorkeling and diving opportunities.


Nearest international airports are Alicante and Valencia at approx 90km (1 hour 15 mins drive). Full directions from both airports will be provided. Airport pick ups for non drivers can be arranged.


Javea Port and Historic old town 2km from apartment. Javea is less than one hours drive from Benidorm which has many attractions for all ages including, Tera Mitica, Aqualandia water park and Mundomar Theme Parks.

Further Details:

Javea and The Arenal have a profusion of excellent bars and restaurants, details of which can be found in the apartment. Excellent supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment.

  • Notes on accommodation: As ground floor this accommodation is particularly suited to families as direct access to pool and gardens. It is 10 steps from our backgate into the shallow end of the pool. Please note inflatables are not allowed in the pool. The gate has a padlock for security and childrens safety. Electric heaters are provided for cooler times of the year. Two fans are provided for the hotter months Travel cot and bedding is available in the apartment at no extra charge. Outside: Magnificent communal tropical gardens and lagoon style pool. Private patio with palm tree, offering afternoon shade, patio furniture and gas BBQ. The gardens offer much needed shade in the summer months. Utility Room: Iron provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen is provided plus indoor towels for each guest. The property will be cleaned and prepared for arrival. Other: We have a sunroom (Nao) which is totally enclosed and has a French window doors out onto the patio - this room can be used as the second bedroom and houses a double sofa bed.
