Lovely three bed apartment with views across the sea to nearby Formantera

This three bed apartment has fabulous views of the ocean. It is situated in Bossa Beach between Playa d'en Bossa and Figueretes in Ibiza town.

Furnished in a modern contemporary style the spacious lounge has flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo CD system. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, has a video phone entry system, marble flooring and marble fitted bathrooms. The large master suite has a king size bed with its own en-suite shower and bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms have 1 double and 2 single beds. All bedrooms have great ocean views with their own window shutters, ideal for those late mornings or afternoon siestas.

There is a further bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board.

The terrace has a comfortable day bed as well as a dining table seating up to eight people. This makes it possible to dine to the sound of the ocean waves lapping on to the shore below.

There is also a private pool surrounded by its own lush Mediterranean garden that looks particularly lovely when illuminated at night.

One word – Great! We’ve stayed in a few flats in Bossa but this was definitely the best. Big living room, big bedrooms, big terrace, much better than some of the rabbit hutches we’ve stayed in. It had everything you need for every day living and everything worked, which is rare for rental apartments in my experience. The pool area was nice and clean, the gardens are well looked after and the service we got from the agents was very professional, which is something else I’ve found lacking in Ibiza generally. I could probably list a couple of minor faults but it would just be nit-picking. Thank you very much, we’ll be back.

Top apartment, Top location, Top service

Me and my family had a great time at this place. It was our first time in Ibiza and we were a bit nervous sending the deposit money over at first because you hear all these horror stories but it turned out better than we had expected. The apartment was really nice and big enough so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. It looked exactly like the pictures and was really well equipped and everything worked fine.  The company that take care of it are very professional, Jess, Peter and Neil all deserve a special mention as they were more than helpful and each of them went out of their way at some point to make things easy for us. The location was great, we didn’t realise just how good it was until a few days later when we got used to the area and realised that everything is on your doorstep. We were thinking of hiring a car but didn’t bother in the end. Ibiza is known as a party place but you would never know that in this building, it was peaceful and quiet all day and night. I would recommend this place to a family or any large group looking for a quiet and convenient place to stay in Ibiza.

The apartment itself is directly on a very nice beach and there are several others quite nearby.


Ibiza airport is about 5km away and the port in Ibiza town is about 3km. Although a car is not necessary if you do hire one then the apartment is the ideal launch pad for exploring all that Ibiza has to offer.


Ibiza town is about 2km away. The island itself is quite small and is full of many spectacular monuments and landmarks. Some of these monuments on Ibiza date back hundreds of years and are in remarkable condition. The historic area of Dalt Vila in Ibiza town has actually been classed as a World Heritage site due to its numerous monuments and general historic importance.

Further Details:

There are many bars, restaurants, shops and banks in the local area. However, probably the best of all of these can be found in the nearby Ibiza town. Ibiza itself is renowned throughout the world and some of the best clubs are not too far away.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is safe and secure is would be suitable for children. Outside: The large and well maintained gardens look wonderful lit up at night. There is an infinity pool for adults and a smaller pool for children. Both are shared with the other residents in the block but perhaps because the apartments are directly on the beach they are never that busy. There are loungers available around the pool area. Utility Room: The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before arrival and a plentiful supply of fresh towels and bed linen is provided. Other: The large terrace has a day bed perfect for those afternoon siestas and a table and chairs seating 6 people.
