Fabulous two bed apartment with views across the beach and sea to the Dalt Vila

This stylishly furnished two bed apartment is directly on the beach. Sliding glass doors lead from the lounge out to the terrace which looks across the garden and pool towards the sea. There's a cable TV with a DVD and for internet users a wi-fi connection.

The master bedroom with en-suite has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has two twins. A good supply of freshly laundered cotton sheets and quality towels is provided.

The beautifully fitted bathrooms have power showers and there is full air-conditioning throughout. The modern kitchen has all you need for the perfect meal. There is also an intercom entry system for your security and convenience.

The apartment is within walking distance of Ibiza town and is only a short walk from a shuttle ferry into the harbour of the old town. During the season this runs until the early hours of the morning. The apartment is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday or as a base for investigating all this magical island has to offer.

The best yet!

I don’t normally write reviews but after receiving a request from Owners Direct I thought why not? I can do it in two words – All Good! We’ve been going to Ibiza every year for more than 10 years and have stayed in all kinds of places, villas, apartments, hotels etc and I reckon this was probably the least hassle and most cost effective way of doing it for a family of four. The apartment was spot on, exactly as described except that the view from the balcony was even better than the pictures. It's in walking distance to all the fun and games in Playa Den Bossa, easy to get to Ibiza town by the taxi boat in front of the building and it was an oasis of calm when you wanted to chill. The agents who manage it were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our personal contact Neil was full of useful advice and had loads of good recommendations for places to go in the area. Top apartment, top service = 5 stars.

The apartment is directly on the beach. There are also many other beautiful beaches all a short distance away.

Travel:

The airport is around 5km away and the nearest large ferry is in Ibiza town. Hiring a car is not necessary but if done the property is the ideal launch pad from which to explore the Island.

Distances:

Ibiza town is around 2km away and is the centre of the island for shops bars, clubs and restaurants. It also has the historical Dalt Vila which is a fantastic place to explore.

Further Details:

There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the area. For access to Ibiza town there's a small ferry just along the beach which operates every half an hour during the season. There is also a variety of water sports available all in the local area, some great walks and many places to see and visit. Of course Ibiza is renowned for its excellent nightlife and some of the island's famous clubs and bars are not too far away.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout. It has an intercom entry system. The apartment is suitable for young children. Outside: The gardens are lovely and lit up at night. The pool is shared between the block but perhaps due to the proximity of the beach and sea, is never very busy. Utility Room: There is no separate utility room but there is a washing machine and tumble dryer fitted in the second shower room. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before arrival and a good supply of fresh towels and bed linen is provided. Other: The terrace, with it's beautiful view of the sea across the garden and pool, has a table and 4 chairs perfect, for dining at any time of the day or night.
