Apartment in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca - A Really Central Location and Close to the Beach

A spacious, modern and immaculate air-conditioned second floor apartment, served by a lift, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The flat is very centrally located, five minutes from the beaches and just 2 minutes from the main square with local shops, bars and restaurants immediately available. The flat is well furnished, fully equipped and with a small balcony leading from the lounge. The start to the beautiful Boquer Valley walk is just 5 minutes away and there is ample free parking immediately outside and in the neighbouring side roads. The English owners live locally and are on hand to provide help and advice if needed. This centrally heated apartment also makes an ideal choice when the summer’s heat has departed and the joys of exploring Mallorca can be experienced during the quieter winter months. Mallorca, with its fabulous Tramuntana mountain range has become a major centre for hikers and the quiet roads during the winter months attract cyclists.

Spacious apartment in a Great position

Used this well located apartment for our first visit to Mallorca. facilities are what are described in the ad, light and spacious but bedrooms are cool as there are shutters. Didn't need the air-con. Great to have washing machine when travelling light. The apartment has a small balcony which catches the afternoon/evening sun. Short walk to the sandy beach (great for kids as there are little play areas) and a great selection of restaurants and pubs (Cafe Romero for delicious home made paella to order and take away). We were able to park our hire car on the road free which is always a bonus, had no trouble finding a space. Lovely supermarket just down the road selling everything you need (delicious pasty) including hot food.

Apartment is in a great position to tour this beautiful island, you can do tourist stuff, golf and scenery and visit many sandy beaches or for a totally stress free breaks just chill out in this unspoilt resort. Easy access to other places via the buses.

Just what it says on the tin! The description of the property was very accurate in regards to its facilities and location and we didn't find it to be a busy or noisy road which was great. Rooms were bright, airy, tastefully furnished/decorated and clean. Air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms allowed for a comfortable temperature - we found this a god send as August very hot! Friendly, professional owner met us on arrival at apartment and again before departure. Took advantage of airport transfers arranged through owner using their own drivers, organised for us at quite short notice (week before arrival) good professional service. Property is very close to supermarkets and the main square which is beautiful in the evening with all the restaurants, fantastic atmosphere. You can be at the beach, marina and the start of the Pine Walk within a few minutes. Great central location would definately stay again..

Puerto Pollensa is a peaceful family resort and the world class Pine Walk is a stunning feature of 'The Port'. To own a home here is an aspiration shared by many, but until that day any can rent and enjoy our beautiful bay.
