The apartment has Full air conditioning with heat options, Satellite TV & DVD, Fully fitted Kitchen with all white appliances. 1 Double bedroom, Living room with sofa bed plus optional extra 1 twin bedroom and en suite annexe. Fully Fitted family bathroom. Laundry Room. Ample Parking. Private Pool. BBQ & Cabana & a Large Sun Terrace. The upper main villa is currently unavailable for renting as is used only for the owners personal use. However the owner is never present whilst the apartment is occupied.

Why Christine Hooper chose Rojales

We love Ciudad Quesada , Rojales because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches close by and the local towns boast a wide range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with both both Alicante and Murcia airports, both within 30 minutes drive away.

The property is within walking distant to the La Marquesa Golf Course and with easy reach of a wide range of other popular Golf Courses. The pretty town of Guardamar with beautiful sandy beaches is only a 10 minute drive away from the property.

What makes this apartment unique

Within a walking distant of the property is a large supermarket, approximately eight bars and a variety of eateries.

The Town of Quesada is just a short drive away, where there is a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

Other towns and villages nearby include; Rojales, Benijofar, La Zenia and Cabo Roij, where a wide variety of further amenities can be found.

Outside: Private kidney shaped swimming pool with diving board and shower. Built in BBQ area with sink unit. There is a large sun terrace with 6 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs. The pool and patio is fully lit for night use. Cabana are with dining area for 12 persons. (further table and chairs with parasol for 6 persons). Long private driveway for approximately 3 family vehicles. Utility Room: With Stainless Steel Sink, Fully Automatic Washing Machine and additional fridge and freezer. Additional Storage. There is ample drying space for laundry with a rotary dryer to the rear of the property. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding, linen & towels are provided (excluding beach towels and those used for the swimming pool area). The property is always cleaned thoroughly before and after your stay, including all linen etc. Other: The additional bedroom and en suite annexe is situated below the pool are via. a flight of steps. This is most likely suited to older children or teenagers as well as other adults, who require additional privacy. The annexe has its own hot water boiler.

Private tranquil breathtaking views gorgeous pool just what we needed

I would just like to say my partner and I had a lovely stay in your fantastic villa, the views are amazing lovely sunsets the pool brilliant and very clean by a friendly German pool cleaner had a few chats with him. nice guy very thorough....loved the cabana all lit up at night....Wish we were still there...Evan made friends with the resident lizards....we would definitely come back and stay again..Had a great time thank you..

Perfect location

A really lovely villa which was perfect for us. A lovely welcome from Terry and Elizabeth fonts of all knowledge of he area. The villa itself was clean and compact with everything we needed in the kitchen. The downstairs room with ensuite was perfect for teens. Views from the terrace are absolutely stunning day and night. The villa is in a quiet area with excellent restaurants and supermarket nearby which can be walked, although great while walking back up the steep hill after a large meal, not recommended after a trip to the supermarket! A car is a definite must to get to nearby Guardamar and Torrevieja. A very relaxing holiday and can't recommend it highly enough.

Guardamar or La Mata beach is 10 minutes drive away both offer beautiful golden sands, cafe bars and shops line the promenade. Guardamar beach has been awarded the prestigious blue flag award. Boat trips are available around the bays of Costa Blanca.


Approximately 35 minutes from Alicante Airport and 30 minutes from Murcia Airport.

Car hire is Advised and is easily obtainable on the internet and pick up is located at either airports.


The town of Rojales is approx 1km away. Ciudad Quesada urbanisation is 2km away.

The beach resort of Guardamar is approx 4.5km away. There are many more beautiful Spanish villages in the area for you to visit (too many to mention).

Further Details:

Ciudad Quesada has its own Aqua Park, Tennis club and a welcoming Social Club with restaurant, live entertainment, bowls and swimming facilities. The High Street boasts numerous bars, restaurants, shops including newsagents, supermarkets, tobacconist, hairdressers, banks with exchange facilities and medical centre. 5 minutes drive to the quaint Spanish town of Rojales. Also to enjoy are plenty of typical Spanish markets in the nearby towns.

Booking Notes:
A £100 security bond is required for this property. This will be returned within 2 weeks of departure. A £100 deposit is required on booking, the remainder of the monies, is to be paid 6 weeks before your departure.
If you are booking the additional annexe accommodation, the cost for this is an extra £100 per week. (This has it's own AC & water heater).
A €40 cleaning fee (Apartment only) (€25 Annexe) is required to be paid to the key holder on arrival at the property unless otherwise stated.

Changeover Day:
This is always flexible depending on the availability.
