This is probably the best located apartment in Vilamoura, overlooking the boats and sea, south facing, directly on the Marina. Virtually impossible to buy one like this now. Fully fitted, modern top quality throughout, Upgraded in 2014. You could live here happily with no car -instant access to everything - beach, pool, restaurants, bars, lovely aspect. Very secure and safe. 5 Minutes Walk To Beach, Direct Access To Marina, Bars, Restaurants and entertainment.

Perfect apartment for a holiday!

I highly recommend this apartment.

From the outset the taxi collection service from Faro airport set the right tone. The location of the apartment is perfect. While it is situated on a quiet corner of the marina, where you can relax and watch the world go by at your leisure, it is only two minutes away from the wonderful array of restaurants and bars on the marina.

The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and well maintained. The south facing view is fantastic providing a great place to relax or enjoy the sun.

Altogether a great location for a holiday! Highly recommended.

Vilamoura delight.

We were a party of five adults and were a bit apprehensive because our experience of holiday lets has not been very positive. This was a most pleasant surprise. The living and dining area were sufficiently spacious to accommodate us with ease; bedrooms and bathrooms were ample and suitably equipped; the verandah gave great views of the comings and goings of craft in the marina and of the people passing by. The taxi arrangements, by the management, were punctual and drivers helpful. The management couple who met us were very helpful in details of the apartment and local knowledge. All in all First Class accommodation and furnishings. The unanimous decision was that we would, very happily, return.

We have stayed at this apartment twice now in the past four years and can say that it is probably in the best location on the Marina as it is close to all the bars and restaurants yet quieter as it is at the far end of the buildings.

It is so spacious with two bathrooms (which is a god-send with two teenage daughters) and the master bedroom is huge. The kitchen is well equipped but the biggest pleasure is sitting on the long balcony watching people walk by along the Marina who for some reason all seemed to be looking up admiring the apartments.

I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to a small family of say 4 or 5 people as it is good value for what you get.

We have to say we would return tomorrow if we could , super location, super views, can't give 5 star as some minor issues but nothing really , clean and tidy, quiet and secure. Very very relaxing.

Beautiful Apartment

Just got back from a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Cannot recommend highly enough - stunning views off the balcony of the marina which gets all day sunshine with being south facing. Just a few mins too all resturants and bars around the marina - yet no noise whatsoever at night from these. Two beaches within 10 mins walk. Lovely pool area also. Well equipped apartment and we will be back in May/June time :)

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and you couldn't fault the apartment's position overlooking the Marina from the balcony & main bedroom & along with the apartment having everything you would require, we felt that this apartment was very tired & in need of a bit of a makeover. We didn't feel the floors were clean enough, you didn't get the feeling it was cleaned well enough when you first walked into the bathroom & en-suite. There was only one card key available for the pool which due to being very tired & worn, this did not allow us entry to the pool, even another apartment owner in the same block tried it for us several times but to no avail. We were only given one set of keys to the apartment block & apartment itself & this was not sufficient for 4 adults staying as we couldn't go our own way on a couple of occasions without organising who had the key to enable us to gain access back in. The taxi we arranged with the Management Company was all mixed up with the times of pick up on arrival & were not informed as we made clear on a few occasions by email & phone call to the owner. We chose this apartment for both the price & location which were as per out expectations, as we did not want to hire a car as we usually do, on this holiday. Everything you need is available around or on the outskirts of the Marina & is wonderful :) A magnificent stay in that respect. The rating I have entered is for location only.

Car: not necessary


The apartment overlooks the sea and marina - 5 minutes walk to Falesia beach - one of the finest sandy beaches on the Algarve. There is ample parking there if you want to drive, and the beach has a lovely bar / restaurant.


The apartment is approx 10 miles from Faro international airport. If you hire a car, the apartment comes with 2 private car parking spaces, but if you come by taxi/bus, you can have a full holiday as the apartment is in the middle of everything.


Vilamoura is in the famous Golden Triangle in the Algarve.
