An attractive two bedroom semi-detached centrally heated property, located in quiet residential area within minutes of Broadstairs shops and beach. Separate front room, dining room and kitchen. Bathroom and loo 1st floor, shower and loo ground floor. Secure, pretty, rear garden with decking and lawn - paving to front offering parking for 2 vehicles.

In the interests of all guests the property is strictly Non Smoking and does not accommodate pets.

About Lynn Bull

I live in Epping Essex with my husband, we are both retired and enjoy the surrounding countryside and woodland areas but are basically coastal people. We love the sea and long walks on beaches and cliff tops around Broadstairs. The cottage was in my family originally and then came on the market unexpectedly. We just love the location and the cosy feel of it so we pulled the stops out to aquire it. We make a point of going straight to read the guest comments in our visitors book and it is rewarding to see the record of happy times in Broadstairs and our second home.

Why Lynn Bull chose Kent

The cottage was once owned by my father and when it came up for sale I could not resist it - it required a lot of work to bring it up to the current standard but it was a labour of love and we are very pleased with the result. The Isle of Thanet and Broadstairs in particular has its own micro climate which is generally warmer and sunnier than further inland - it is also close to the historic city of Canterbury with its wonderful cathedral.

From Broadstairs there is a lovely cliff top walk which takes you through a park with a delightful small conservatory and tea bar on the green (in season) before a gentle descent into picturesque Ramsgate with its grand harbour.

What makes this house unique

The cottage is hidden away in a quiet cul de sac with off road parking, yet it is in the middle of the town just minutes from the tremendous choice of restaurants, bars, shops and also the 3 pretty bays of Broadstairs. The secure walled rear garden of the cottage includes a decked area and small lawn offering peace and quiet from the bustling town centre. Nearby bus stops offer frequent services to a Retail Park and Shopping Centre and the towns of Margate, Ramsgate and the city of Canterbury. The main line station of Broadstairs offers links to London.

A secure rear garden and separation from public highways offers a safe environment for small children. Outside: Pretty private rear garden with decking and small lawn area -table and 4 chairs. Utility Room: Lobby cupboard with vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and tea towels are included and property is cleaned at each turnround (which is usually weekly). Towels not provided unless requested.

Lovely central location

The cottage is deceptively large and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The separate dining room was a huge plus, having stayed in a few places with dining room/living room or dining room/kitchen combined. The cottage was warm and cosy in March but we could imagine in summer it would be equally charming with doors out to a private garden area. It's very well-equipped if you're eating in and is also just a stone's throw from the seafront and harbour if you're out for the night. Parking for two cars is provided. We hope to visit again.

Do not look further this is the place to be in Broadstairs a marvelous property in a cosy town by the sea where you can park your car at the doorstep !!!
