This privately owned property was built 28 years ago. It is professionally managed to provide clients with all necessary support. It is set among individually designed apartments, in delightful landscaped gardens. It overlooks the bay of Cala Tirant with panoramic views towards the headlands of the unspoiled north coast, and the lighthouse at Cap Cavalleria. It has recently been refurbished to include an en-suite to the main bedroom, in addition to the refitted family bathroom. Every effort is made to ensure the property is maintained to be a true "home from home".

The property is accessed through a small court-yard garden, with its own front door. The balcony faces out over the rooftops across the sweep of the bay - a constantly changing seascape.

About Victoria Huddleston

Roger and Victoria Huddleston, now retired and living in Staffordshire.

We discovered Menorca on a celebration holiday for our silver wedding 27 years ago - and the rest is history!

We have two daughters and a son, a son-in-law and a daughter-in-law: two grown up grand-daughters, one younger grand-daughter and a little grandson.

They all love Menorca!

Apart from the fact that the rental income helps defray the considerable costs of running a second home, we like to know that other people are enjoying Menorca, and our lovely views when we are not there. We hope our guests will find everything as good, and better, than described.

Getting there is so easy: just a 2 hour flight, no urban sprawl, and less than half an hour from the airport!

And we love the fact that there are so many beautiful places to visit within a short drive. There are both developed, and completely untouched beaches. Menorca, especially it's north coast, is still unspoiled by development, having declared a UN protected biosphere zone.There is great geological diversity.

We love to walk, and swim, and Vicky windsurfs.

Or ------ feeling less active? Just sit and absorb the views, and watch the world go by, with the sun sparkling on the azure sea, and enjoy our spectacular sunsets.

What makes this apartment unique

Above all - It is the views! Just sitting on the balcony looking out to sea...

When we first visited Menorca, we had no intention of buying a holiday home. We always thought that it would be boring to return again and again to the same place. Then we visited Playas de Fornells, and were thrilled by the interesting designs of the development, where the buildings were so cleverly set into the contours of the hills. When the agent showed us 34 Alcor, we thought the situation was particularly special.

And it is very close to Fornells, with its beautiful, totaslly different, almost land-locked bay, water-sports and restaurants.

Air conditioning to lounge and main bedroom. There are electric radiators to each of the rooms, and fans as required. Winter prices assume the need for running the radiators. Free Internet access. Engish language TV and radio including 14 day catch up. Outside: The balcony, overlooking the bay has a table, and four chairs. There is an additional small balcony convenient for drying clothes. At the entrance to the property is a small garden area with shady patio: table, canopy, and 3 more chairs. There is a gate closing it off, which makes a safe play area for babies/ toddlers. Utility Room: Bathroom contains an alcove with washing machine and tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen includes pillow and mattress protectors, sheets, pillowcases, with duvets, extra blankets available if needed. 1 bath towel and hand towel per person. Bath mats and tea towels. Beach towels (to be put in washer at end of stay.) Maid service for those staying for two weeks.

Very comfortable and peaceful in great location with lovely views

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment, it had everything we required and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was lots of information available and we found the location a perfect base for exploring the island. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The views were wonderful!

Fabulous indeed!

A lovely well kept property with every home comfort. Excellent kitchen facilitities with a lovely aspect in to the rear courtyard.

Breath taking view from the balcony, revealing stunning sunsets looking over to the horizon. Very comfortable beds and air conditioning if required. Very thorough cleaning mid-stay and access to wifi and tv channels were uninterrupted.

We loved Fornells and found the locals very friendly, as well as the local bars and restaurants. Quick access to the sea and plenty car parking if required.

Overall, we could not fault the property. It was extremely secure and we felt very safe throughout, having two children with us. Communications with the owner were prompt and informative and they are really privileged to own such a delightful property! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your second home.
