Very close to the "old town" , beach and railway station.

Comfortable lounge area with flat s reenact TV. Bedroom has mirror sliding doors on wardrobe as has the entrance hall.separate bathroom and 2nd toilet.

Plenty of restaurants of all prices within a short walk.

Supermarkets accessible within 5-15 minutes walk all stocked.

We are Irish living in Dublin and we love going to Antibes.

We enjoy the ambiance, being close to the marina, beach and able to travel easily along the south coast, and of course the numerous restaurants.

Nearest Airport : Nice at 15 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Australian Outback at 0.1 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Opio at 10 Kilometres Nearest Train : Antibes at 0.3 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A6 at 5 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : La MALUNA at 0.1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Gravette at 1 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

There are many walks in the area and there is a book available in the apartment giving the access, grades and location of these walks.

Coast/Beach:

Nearest beach - La Gravett (safe swimming, sandy with showers) is 7 mins walking. Plenty of other beaches a short bus ride (La Garoupe in Cap d'Antibes), and Juan les Pins. Others further afield. All very accessible.

Travel:

Nice airport is 12 km with the 250 airport bus taking 40 mins and costing €8. There is a local bus just outside the airport- 3 mins in front of arrivals which costs . Both buses stop just across the main road fron the apartment. Taxis also available. Car not essential as train service good. Nice and Cannes both very accessible.

Distances:

5 mins to old town and its many restaurants. There are a number of small museums in the area most notable is the Picasso museum. Fort Care is a short walk and very pleasant to visit with great views from the top.

Further Details:

Close to local shops, restaurants, fort Carre, Picasso museum, Cathedral. Local produce market daily (except Mon) with particularly good atmosphere on Sunday mornings. Great market in Ventimilla on Fridays-best to take the train.
