Situated in the superb brand new complex this spacious one bedroom apartment includes a fully tiled bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large terrace overlooking 2 communal pools. The living room includes a large sofa and an arm chair. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and two single beds. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including electric hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fridge etc. We have English and Spanish satellite TV, Hi-Fi and DVD player for your entertainment. The surrounding area is has a choice of bars and restaurants that caters for most needs.

Notes on accommodation: Very spacious apartment that faces south with views of the sea.The terrace and private garden gets the sun all day however the bedroom is shaded from the sun all day and stays cool all day and has a ceiling fan. Outside: 2 swimming pools - 1 adults & 1 childrens, large sun bathing terraces, pool bar and restaurant, all set in luxurious tropical gardens

A lovely apartment in a nice resort

The apartment was modern,clean and just as described. It had everything that was required. Location is ideal for a quiet break or close enough for a short walk into the main centre. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near by.

Communication from from Billy was excellent. Would definitely book again.

Home from home

Lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need. Small supermarkets very close. Bars and restaurants handy. We had a car but enjoyed the walk down to the sea front. There was a taxi rank near by.

The pool was heated and although there was a small charge for sunbeds it meant that you could leave them without feeling guilty. A pool boy was there until 1.15pm each day to ensure that sunbeds and umbrellas were available. The owner was very easy to deal with and accessible by email. We were given a number to contact if there were any issues at the apartment. We will certainly go back.

Great one bedroom apartment

We stayed in this apartment in Janaury/Febuary for 3 weeks. It's location over the pool area is fab, everything u need for a self catering holiday is in place,the beds are very comfy, the balcony gets sunshine during the day. Billy replied to any questions very promptly and was on hand for any inquiries we had. We enjoyed our break so much we have booked a further 4 weeks next year. The bar on the complex serves good food and drinks, the apartments are up a hill but that did not affect us but may to anyone with walking difficulties it is very close to a few supermarkets and various good restaurants. The only thing I feel would improve this appartment is wifi. Can't wait to get back.

Lovely apartment - home from home and much nicer than we expected. Amazing value compared to staying at a hotel. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Owner very helpful and have already booked to go back!

This fabulous apartment complex is situated in the exclusive Oasis del Sur area of Los Cristianos close to the prestige Paradise Park Hotel and within easy walking distance from the seafront and along the 5km beach-front Geranium Walk Promenade leading from the Los Cristianos fishing harbour to the resorts and beaches of Las Americas, Fanabe, Costa Adeje, Del Duque and beyond.

Travel:

The Riena Sofia Tenerife Sur Airport (Tenerife South) is approx 15km, (10 minutes drive or taxi ride) from the apartment and about 20 euros cab fare.

Distances:

Cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse-riding, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, waterskiing, windsurfing are all available and there is a large go-karting centre, a jungle park and 2 aquaparks, all within 5/10 minutes drive by car, courtesy bus or taxi, dolphin watching and other excursions are available to book in town.

Further Details:

The apartments is in a beautiful new complex overlooking Los Cristianos town. It is particularly suited to those seeking a relaxing holiday based in a select area but with the added advantage of being only a short taxi ride to the excellent night life in the nearby resorts of Las Americas, Torvicas, Costa Adeje, and Fanabe. Quieter residential area with excellent choice of supermarkets, restaurants and bars close by.
