About this property

Set in the exclusive Patara Prince Resort with its beautiful landscaping and ancient architectural style this two storey villa is constructed with local stone, having ceramic tiles to the ground floor, wood flooring upstairs under a terracotta tiled roof and a spacious terrace with panoramic views. Access is available to all of the amenities of the Resort which include:- 3 outdoor swimming pools, including one for adults only,tennis courts,and a water sports centre. There are three restaurants and two bars. The Resort includes a health spa with turkish bath and indoor plunge pool and a gym and beauty salon . As villa guests there is a 25% discount on food and drink purchased in the Patara Prince Resort ( deducted when you settle up at the Hotel reception). For day to day needs there is a well stocked on site supermarket. Kalkan is a small harbour town which now has an increasingly sophisticated character but has remained unspoilt. It has many restaurants, bars and boutiques, and visitors return year after year.

Autumn break

Great stay. Property prices very fairly. Wonderful open plan downstairs with large balcony. With a good size master bedroom with en suite. Other two bedrooms we didn’t use but both had two single beds in. Very good value for money. And location well placed for access to zest beach club. Taxi ride into main old town just 100TL and always arrived within 1 minutes.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location

The villa was for above expectations and the resort was a joy to be in, the three pools we're very good and resort spotless, but beware it is very steep although there is a free bus up the hill. The views for the villas large terrace is fantastic. Hope to return one day.

Breathtaking view

We enjoyed a lovely week here. The views are amazing!! The villa is within Patara Prince Resort which has amazing pools and helpful staff. The owner Geoff was very attentive when I changed my booking from 2 adults to 4 adults. He was very quick to reply to my emails. I cannot fault this villa and I would definitely come back and would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Stunning views. Great value for money.

Clean and roomy Villa. Part of a well established resort with its own beach club. Walking distance to old Town . Small supermarket three minutes walk . Great family holiday.

A Little Piece of Heaven

From the moment you arrive at this amazing Villa you cannot help but to love everything it has to offer. Its is so beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you will ever need to make your stay memorable. As it is situated at the top of the complex the views over Kalkan are breathtaking - to sit on the patio, swing in the hammock or simply to open the blinds from your bedroom in the morning - WOW! Possibly the loveliest Villa I have ever stayed in for comfort and luxury - in fact just about everything. You could happily never leave the villa itself and still never run out of anything you need. The transfers from the airport were so easy, the staff on the complex are very pleasant and helpful and the facilities in the complex alone leaves it almost impossible to ever leave. If your looking for a restful holiday or a lively holiday to suit all ages this is the place to visit. Wonderful pools, restaurants, and walks - every moment at the villa will be one you will treasure forever. The owners have turned the villa into nothing less than a "little piece of paradise". Cannot Recommend it enough. Thank you.

I was brought up in London and moved to Essex in 1973. I am a recently retired Chartered Engineer in the Building Services Industry. I have been married for 41 years and have two sons.

Why they chose this property

Having enjoyed holidays in Kalkan for a number of years we decided to purchase a holiday home. Whilst looking we fell in love with Patara Prince Resort due to the extensive facilities, unique architecture and beautiful landscaping with lush vegetation and abundant blossoms. Manzara Evi means Panorama House as the uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay from our large terrace are wonderful.

What makes this property unique

Patara Prince provides beautiful surroundings in a tranquil setting within a gated resort having the benefit of a choice of three swimming pools, tennis courts, a bar and restaurants, and direct access into the clear turquoise waters of Kalkan Bay. You can relax all day in the peaceful ambience and yet Kalkan town is only a 20 minute walk away for evenings in the family orientated restaurants, bars and boutiques.
