I live with my husband in Devon UK, a lovely part of the country. We love cats and would love a house full of them! We both work but spend as many weeks as possible in Tenerife at various times during the year. We love the warmth in the winter and to get away from the cold, usually damp, English weather and also the heat of tenerife in the summer. We have been going to Tenerife for over 15 years and so you can imagine that we feel quite at home there.

We had thought of buying a property for quite a few years before we eventually did so. We hope in years to come to be able to go out there for winters and spend summers in England.
We chose this area as we knew it well and it is close to the beach, sea front, nightlife and restaurants without the need for having a car which is ideal for us and for holidaymakers who may not want to hire a car and drive in a foreign country.
The apartment itself is ideal for us and we have recently had the kitchen refurbished and love the new look.
There is supermarkets just across the road which we find very handy and also this complex does have a small bar near the main reception which has some sort of entertainment most evenings so that is handy for guests if they are not wanting to go far during the evenings.
A place is clean and kitchen equipped with basics.
This is good location for explorers and also good for lazy days as there is a beach reachable with 5-7 minutes and communal pool.
I liked that owners were communicating so promptly and had been very supportive.
On arrival we had no problems finding the apartment, getting access or settling in. The apartment block is only a few mins walk to a popular beach, and there's a shop to get essentials virtually opposite.
The apartment itself was clean, functional, a good size and with a fully equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with a bath and shower, with plenty of hot water. Outside there's a large balcony, complete with 2 sunloungers and a table with 4 chairs.
Within the complex there are two pools, one quite near the apartment and another further down with a bar and the addition of a kid's pool.
My daughter and I stayed here for a week and would definitely rebook to stay again in the future 😃

Flexible changeover day. Vacate studio by 10am on day of departure (unless otherwise arranged with Owner). Arrival after 2pm
