These two 1 bedroom apartments are situated in an enviable position just a very short walk from the beach, bars etc. All have spectacular views of the beach and Black Rock. The ground floor apartment has a small garden.The beach is literally a few minutes walk away as are the bars, restaurants and shops etc. Car hire is not necessary. Internet in both properties

This interesting one bedroom apartment has an almost unique, circular comfortably lounge, with doors to the terrace/garden from where there are lovely views of the beach and Black Rock. Set back from the quiet beach road its elevated position gives some privacy behind a screen wall covered with Bougainvillaea. There is a good assortment of outside furniture for sunbathing and alfresco dining. There is a free standing BBQ.

The bedroom has a double bed (which can be separated), a shower room with shower cubicle/basin/wc.

The lounge has comfortable seating, Sat TV (Limited channels) DVD/CD. Doors lead out to the terrace and garden, which is equipped with furniture for sunbathing and alfresco dining.

To the rear of the lounge is the well fitted open plan kitchen which has a microwave, washing machine, oven, fridge plus all usual utensils for your party.

There is a separate small dining area with table and chairs. INTERNET ACCESS

Lovely apartment near the beach/bars/ restaurants

We stayed here last year(3G) and loved it so returned again this year. The property is exactly the same BUT we were disappointed about the view from the patio. The tree in front of it has grown quite a lot since last year and we had no view of the beach whatsoever. Such a shame as that was a plus factor for us.

We had a couple of things that required fixing but the maintenance man came out and sorted them within a couple of days. The bathroom needs a wee bit of a facelift but was perfectly adequate for our needs. It's such a lovely apartment and very homely with everything(and more!) that's needed for a holiday. Centrally located for the beach, bars and restaurants. I would book this again.

Owner's Response: I thank this client for bringing to my attention the fact the tree outside was spoiling the lovely views as this is one of the advantages of staying in 3g (apart from the wonderful location). This property has been nearly full (mostly with regulars) and no one has reported this. I immediately got in touch with the management and she will be speaking to the Tree Surgeon - hopefully this will get a "hair cut"

Wonderful holiday

We spent 10 wonderful days in Luz this summer! The location of the apartment is absolutely fantastic. It´s only a 3 minute walk to the beach and other destinations in the environment , such as restaurants or shops. We especially loved the generous terrace of 3G. It has two floors and offers both sun and shade. The kitchen is well equipped and there remains nothing to be desired . The communication with Valerie and Julia was without any comlications and very nice ! We rarely left a holiday destination so reluctantly and will definitely come back again!

Second Stay

We stayed in this apartment in August 2015 and were so impressed that when we decided on an April break we had no hesitation in booking 3g again.

Things were just as we remembered, the apartment was clean, tidy and is very well equipped.

The location is fantastic being so close to the beach, restaurants and bars.

The little terraced garden area is a lovely space to relax and watch the world go by.

We will continue to recommend this wonderful apartment to friend and family.

Wonderful apartment

We loved this apartment,it was central to everything,shops restaurants and the bus stop which was handy as we didn't have a car.It was beautiful and clean and very well equipped with everything we needed.The outside south facing space was lovely for relaxing and sunbathing and had a great view.We will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to our friends.

Fantastic Location

We have stayed in Luz on 3 previous occasions always in a villa for the outside space, however we came across this apartment and thought that we would give it a try as it was advertised with a garden and we only need 1 bedroom, this was the best decision we have ever made as the terrace garden which is on 2 levels gave us plenty of space to lounge around and the apartment is in a fantastic location being just a short stroll from the lovely beach and all of the restaurants and bars.

The villa itself is spacious clean and homely with everything you need for a great holiday.

We will be recommending this property to family and friends and will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Coast/Beach:

These apartments are ideal for clients who do not wish to have car hire as the beach is literally just a few minutes walk as are the bars, supermarkets and restaurants.

Travel:

Faro airport would take approximately one hour by car. A car however is not necessary and transport can be arranged.

Distances:

Lagos, with its abundance of shops, bars and restaurants would take approximately 8 minutes by car. The Bus stop is just a few minutes walk as is the taxi rank.
