Ground floor apartment with free wifi connection which is permanently on and with no additional hidden costs - the price you see is what you pay! We also provide UK TV so you can keep up to date with whatever programmes you are following at home. On a well maintained complex with shared swimming pool. It has a good sized south facing private terrace and BBQ facility provided. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. All windows and patio doors have fly screens fitted. Within walking distance of the beach, shops, banks, restaurants, tavernas and places of historical interest. The apartment is competitively priced as it is furnished to accommodate only 2 persons and we do not allow young children. We are on the bus route which stops right outside the door!

We have lived in Cyprus on and off since the early 80's as we served with the Royal Air Force and have very strong ties with the island.

All windows are fitted with high quality fly screens, including the patio doors. Free wifi included in the price, no hidden extras. UK TV channels are readily available free internet TV. We also provide free movies to watch and there are also reading books available. Outside: Ground floor apartment with south facing private (fenced) terrace away from the pool area so you can sunbathe and relax in your own space. Patio doors fitted with high quality fly screening. High quality patio furniture to comfortably seat 4. Good outside space area for a small BBQ which is also provided. 2 sun beds are provided for use around the large shared swimming pool or on the private patio area. There is ample car parking at the complex and the apartment has its own dedicated parking slot. Utility Room: Clothes airer, iron and ironing board, laundry basket. We provide a hairdryer, hair straighteners so you don't need to burden yourself with bringing these extra items in your luggage. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided, including beach towels. 2 week bookings and longer have additional linen provided for you to change your own sheets - no additional cleaning or maid service is provided. The property was excellent. There was a little shortage of side plates, so we bought 4 matching ones. Overall it was a very nice apartment short of nothing, would easily recommend it.

Brilliant little gem!

This apartment really delivers - it has everything as discribed and was spotlessly clean with very comfortable furniture - beds were very good for a great nights sleep. It is ideally situated from the town centre which is a 15 minute stroll away and is on the bus route with the stop right outside the door. James the owner was a pleasure to deal with and happily provided additional information and answered my questions fully. Thanks again for making my holiday extra special!

Great Apartment with superb facilities

Just got back after our third enjoyable stay at this great apartment which is clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Bus service outside the door and just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Paphos. Lovely clean swimming pool. Thank you James; we look forward to our next visit!

Had a great week in this well equipped accommodation with all you need and more! Great location for a walk into the town centre or jump on the bus which is right outside the door. Will definitely try and stay here again in the future if it's available- the owner is very helpful and responsive to additional requests.

Lovely area, peaceful. Everything you need

Had a good holiday lovely neighbours at limnos gardens flat had everything that you needed. Only let down was air con broke down twice in the 11 days that we were there but sum1 was out same day to fix it so all was ok management really helpful would definitely stay here again well worth the money and on a great bus route

Paphos Municipal beach is 20 mins walk away where you can enjoy many water sports/activities. Sunbeds and parasols are readily available for hire. A beach umbrella is also provided for your use which will save on hire costs on your days out. The beautiful Coral Bay beaches are a 15 mins bus ride from the harbour. The harbour is surrounded by architectural sights of historical interest and is a short 15 minute walk away.


Paphos airport is approximately 20 mins by car - A car is not essential but car hire is readily available if required. The airport bus service is now available and very cheap and easy to use. There is also now a new bus terminal adjacent to the seafront near the castle/harbour area.


It is a 15 minute walk to Paphos old town where a daily morning market is held and to the old castle/harbour area with its many eateries, bars, banks and shops of all descriptions. Tombs of the Kings is approximately 15 minutes by bus or a healthy half hour walk. There is now a new bus terminal in the centre of Paphos near the castle.

Further Details:

The apartment is centrally located providing easy access to the surrounding restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets and bars. There are 3 late night shops (kiosks) within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The larger supermarkets are a 15 minute walk away towards the seafront/harbour area. As the new bus service is right outside the door this will take you to the harbour where you can transfer to the main route to travel further afield like the covered market area or Coral Bay with its beautiful beaches and the waterpark which is an excellent day out. The new bus terminal near the castle makes for easy transfers to and from the airport and is very cheap.
