Ground floor apartment with free wifi connection which is permanently on and with no additional hidden costs - the price you see is what you pay! We also provide UK TV so you can keep up to date with whatever programmes you are following at home. On a well maintained complex with shared swimming pool. It has a good sized south facing private terrace and BBQ facility provided. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. All windows and patio doors have fly screens fitted. Within walking distance of the beach, shops, banks, restaurants, tavernas and places of historical interest. The apartment is competitively priced as it is furnished to accommodate only 2 persons and we do not allow young children. We are on the bus route which stops right outside the door!

Lovely holiday in Paphas

We returned to this apartment having enjoyed ourselves so much last year.

The accommodation was very comfortable. Everything we needed was available and the position of the apartment - so near the bus stop - made getting into the centre of Paphas very easy and the bus system is completely reliable and very comfortable.

The complex was very clean and the swimming pool was first class. It was one of the best swimming pools we have ever used.

We have already booked for next year.

Everything you need and more!!

We have just returned after a weeks stay in this super apartment and have already decided to return next year.

The owners James and Neela supply absolutely everything that you may need, even a mobile phone.

It is well situated and just a 15 minute walk from Paphos Harbour, but buses and hire cars are readily available should you want to go further afield.

The pool is well kept and we had it to ourselves for most of the time. We were very sad to leave and really can't wait to go back.

Brilliant Holiday

Was well impressed with this apartment which is as it says on the website - well located to walk into the town or the bus is right outside. The owners were very helpful and provided lots of additional information. I will definitely book this excellent accommodation again.

From the Owner

This is our home from home! We visit as much as we can as we are both sun worshipers and this property has all our needs covered - close enough to walk into Paphos Town centre or catch he bus from the stop directly outside the complex. The complex is very well maintained with a first class swimming pool.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Paphos International at 15 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Players Bar at 500 Metres Nearest Golf : Tsada at 10 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : Main motorway link from Paphos to rest of Island at 2 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : all restaurants are within a short walk at 500 Metres Nearest Beach : Paphos Municipal Beach (less than 1Km away) at 700 Metres Car: not necessary


Paphos Municipal beach is 20 mins walk away where you can enjoy many water sports/activities. Sunbeds and parasols are readily available for hire. A beach umbrella is also provided for your use which will save on hire costs on your days out. The beautiful Coral Bay beaches are a 15 mins bus ride from the harbour. The harbour is surrounded by architectural sights of historical interest and is a short 15 minute walk away.


Paphos airport is approximately 20 mins by car - A car is not essential but car hire is readily available if required. The airport bus service is now available and very cheap and easy to use. There is also now a new bus terminal adjacent to the seafront near the castle/harbour area.


It is a 15 minute walk to Paphos old town where a daily morning market is held and to the old castle/harbour area with its many eateries, bars, banks and shops of all descriptions. Tombs of the Kings is approximately 15 minutes by bus or a healthy half hour walk. There is now a new bus terminal in the centre of Paphos near the castle.

Further Details:

The apartment is centrally located providing easy access to the surrounding restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets and bars. There are 3 late night shops (kiosks) within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The larger supermarkets are a 15 minute walk away towards the seafront/harbour area. As the new bus service is right outside the door this will take you to the harbour where you can transfer to the main route to travel further afield like the covered market area or Coral Bay with its beautiful beaches and the waterpark which is an excellent day out. The new bus terminal near the castle makes for easy transfers to and from the airport and is very cheap.
