The lounge/dining/kitchen area contains a 3 seat leather sofa, single sofa bed, 32" LCD TV with Sky, Wi-Fi, DVD, CD, dining table with 6 chairs, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and ample cookware, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

The utility area has a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

There are 2 bedrooms, one twin, and one double both with fitted wardrobes. Safety Deposit Box.

Doors from lounge to patio and private walled garden. Garden chairs, table and sun loungers provided.

All rooms are individually air conditioned.

Casa Estrella is located on a small private complex close to the resorts of Cala Egos and Cala D'or in this beautiful south east corner of Mallorca. The complex offers 3 shared pools set in palm lined community gardens. The property is a few minutes walk from the marina, local shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beaches are at Cala Es Pou or Cala Egos both within easy walking distance. This new townhouse has been furnished throughout to the highest standards including full air-conditioning / heating. There are many other local amenities that may be reached by taxi or road train therefore car rental is not essential. The property is rented as a 1 bedroom apartment (sleeps 2/4), or/and 2 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4/5). The ground floor offers a private walled garden, the first floor offers large roof terraces. Both properties have Sky satellite, Wi-Fi, DVD and mini hi-fi CD systems. Val D’or Golf course is a 10 minute drive away.

everything from start to finish was 1st class, the way the booking was received the help and information given, made everything go so well. the accommodation itself was everything and more, and we would love to return, hopefully soon. a lovely place to stay in a wonderful friendly complex. many thanks.

Perfect family holiday!!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Casa Estrella! We hired the entire townhouse with my eldest son staying in the upstairs 1 bed apt and the rest of the family in the downstairs 2 bed apartment. This allowed him his own space but with interconnecting door allowed me peace of mind that he was safe. This is also an great idea if holiday with grandparents. Upstairs was so lovely and bright with kitchen, bedroom, ensuite and lounge. It had its own terraces with patio furniture and a roof terrace with sun loungers.

Downstairs we had a private garden again with sun loungers which had direct access to the pool which was wonderful for watching our youngest in the pool while not having to leave our garden. There was a lovely patio area with table and chairs and BBQ. Inside was beautifully furnished with everything you would need...tv, DVD player, highchair, travel cot, washing machine etc and all beds really comfy...a real home from home feeling!

Location wise is perfect as its only a 2 min walk to shop and restaurants. A 10 min walk takes you to the beautiful Marina where you will find many lovely restaurants all with gorgeous views.

The owners Iain and Liz were lovely to deal with and provided lots of helpful information! This was our 7th time holidaying here and it won't be our last!!

Fantastic Holiday Accommodation in Great Location

We booked this accommodation as an extended family group ( 5 adults) using both the ground floor 2 bed and first floor 1 bed apartments.It is exactly as described by the owner in terms of the location and facilities.The apartments were very clean, well maintained and suited us perfectly.The pools are literally steps away from the apartments and were not busy when we stayed.Local Cala Egos shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away.Cala D'or marina and larger shopping area are within walking distance ( it took us around 30 minutes to the shops) or the resort mini train can be taken.

What really sets this accommodation apart from the rest is the service from the owner and the attention to small details in the accommodation.We arrived to find that the kitchen was stocked with small items like teabags, coffee and a welcome pack in the fridge including a bottle of cava.The owner responds to emails quickly and sent instructions which were detailed and accurate.I received a text on the day of our arrival to check that we had found the apartment ok and to get in touch with any problems.I have used Owners Direct a number of times and this is the best service I have experienced.

This property is perfect for a relaxing holiday.We didn't want to leave and we intend to book it again.
