The villa boasts 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite shower rooms, a further family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and also has the added benefit of a dishwasher & washing machine. The light & spacious lounge area is furnished with stylish comfortable seating, Satellite TV, mini Hi-Fi stereo with radio/CD player, a selection of reading books & a fireplace with a log burner for the cooler winter months. The beautiful blue flag beaches of the Algarve are reached within a 10 minute drive, the closet being Quarteira, Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo.

Travel:

Care hire is essential for a stay a Villa Sao Clemente. Preferential car hire tariffs will be provided at the time of booking enquiry. Aiport transfers can be arranged for an additional charge and your hire car can be delivered to the villa. Cycle hire can also be arranged - please ask for cycle hire tariffs. Cycles will be delivered to the villa. Faro airport is only 20 minutes drive from the villa.

Lisbon airport is a 2 hour drive from Villa Sao Clemente.

Distances:

The villa is 5 minutes from Loule in the Central Algarve & an ideal base for visiting one or more of the magnificent beaches, playing golf & other sports or for simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings & taking in the beauty of the region. Many guests choose to eat out experience traditional Portuguese food that is available at the many restaurants throughout the area; there are also an abundance of world famous International Cuisine restaurants within the immediate area.

Notes on prices:
Heating is included in the price from 1st Nov until 31st Mar, 3 oil filled radiators & 1 basket of logs for the wood burner in the lounge. Additional baskets of logs can be purchased from the villa manager & payable locally to manager on site at 10.00 Euros per basket. For guests wishing to have heating outside of the winter months (1st Nov until 31st Mar) this available at a charge of 140 Euros per wk. Villa available as 1 or 2 beds villa from mid Oct to early May, please enquire re tariffs.

30% deposit required to secure booking, balance & damages deposit payable six weeks prior to arrival.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: Cot with bed linen and high chair available free of charge. From October until May, this villa is available as a 1 or 2 bedroom property, please enquire regarding reduced tariffs. Outside: Outside there is ample space around the villa, with a solid hardwood table, sun umbrella and a brick built BBQ for alfresco dining. There are also 2 hardwood sun loungers and a bench, 6 cushioned sun loungers are available around the swimming pool along with parasols and occasional tables. The newly built swimming pool is easily accessible from the house & is gated for added security. The pool is lit for night time use. It has a Roman end with steps into the shallow end. The pool measures 8.5 x 4.5m and is 1m at the shallow end to 2.2m at the deep end. There is also an outside shower. There is a short but steep driveway to the villa. Utility Room: Washing machine, fridge/freezer, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and bed linen are provided except beach and poolside towels. Maid service is included once a week. Other: From the lounge, full width patio doors open onto a large tiled terrace with wonderful views. The 2 upstairs bedrooms share a large, private sun terrace, again with magnificent views of the coast.
