Casa Rosa is a charming, detached villa with its own kidney-shaped pool with roman steps, enclosed garden with separate BBQ area and sunny terraces for sunbathing, relaxing and alfresco dining. The villa is conveniently located, being within a short, easy stroll of a wide selection of restaurants - from tasty tapas, delicious fish and chips to exclusive fine dining. In the immediate vicinity local amenities include a bank, pharmacy and good supermarket with several well situated bars for après shopping refreshment. The picturesque, Mediterranean-side town of Moraira, with its excellent, clean, sandy beach, cafes, bars, restaurants and marina, is 1km along the pretty coast road. 3 further EU blue flag beaches are close by including the attractive cove at El Portet, wonderful for sundowners by the sea. The nearby towns of Calpe, Teulada and Denia all have thriving markets and a little further afield is Benidorm with its exciting theme parks and busy nightlife.

I live in Jersey, Channel Islands and have purchased a holiday home in an area of Spain that I love. I have children aged 9 and 11 and an extended family of all ages and feel that we have found both an ideal property and location for our holiday home that will see us use it regularly as well as share it with friends and guests.

Why Jeff Williams chose Moraira

I have purchased Casa Rosa having holidayed in Moraira and returned twice to find the ideal Villa for our needs and one that will appeal to holiday makers of all ages.

Moraira is an easy drive from either Alicante or Valencia airport - you access the motorway directly from Alicante airport and Moraira is less than 10 minutes from the motorway junction, making it very easy and straightforward to get to, which is important to us after a flight.

Moraira has a very child friendly beach and play areas close by, as well as a small fun fair (in the summer) and plenty of shops. The restaurants and bars are excellent with a nice mix of ambiences.

Javea is 10 minutes to the north with a lovely beach; Calpe and Benidorm are 10 and 20 mins to the south providing year round entertainment.

What makes this villa unique

Casa Rosa is in an excellent location within walking distance of shops, including a major supermarket, numerous restaurants inc Chinese, Japanese & Tapas, and the sea.

The Villa is a very short drive or moderate walk from the main town of Moraira, providing the best of both worlds: the tranquility of being away from the busy areas and in turn allowing you to be in the centre within 5 minutes. Taxis are plentiful and cheap.

The Villa is on a flat plot and is the perfect size for 6 people, with a great lounge and two bathrooms. Outside the pool area is compact enough to keep young children within constant eyeline, yet big enough to relax in the different terrace/patio areas. A BBQ on the terrace overlooking the pool is perfect.

The Villa has off street parking for 2 cars.

Notes on accommodation: Would suit family/group of friends or couples who want to be in a quiet, relaxed location yet wish to have plenty of varied activities close at hand. The villa is all on one level. Ideal for those who have difficulty with steps - there are very few and they are quite shallow. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants for pushchair users or for those who prefer to leave the car at home. Radiator heating for the winter and full air-con in all rooms. Outside: The private pool at Casa Rosa is 8x4m and kidney shaped with roman steps. The BBQ terrace is equipped with a Webber BBQ and garden furniture comprising table and chairs to seat 6 with patio umbrella. 6 loungers and cushions are included. The garden is planted with a variety of Mediterranean plants. There is secure off road parking. Utility Room/p Washing machine, iron, ironing board and airer (plus outside drying line). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels for internal use are provided. Extra pool towels included from March 2018. Towels and linen are changed weekly (by arrangement for fortnight stays). Villa managers based locally and on call. Longer term winter lets welcomed- email to discuss. Large garden area with multiple terraces to make the most of living and dining outdoors. New Outdoor dining furniture. Outdoor dining table with huge parasol. Other parasols by loungers too.

Beautiful Villa, highly recommend

We had a fantastic time in this lovely Villa, the photos don't even do this justice, it is set in a peaceful location, but within walking distance of some lovely restaurants. Our daughter was happy as we had an excellent internet connection and she could also watch her favorite UK programs on the TV. I can't recommend this Villa enough, it was very clean well equipped and everything we needed to know was in the information provided from the owner or in the Villa guide book. This was our first visit, but definitely not our last.

Best dressed villa in Moraira !

We stayed in this villa for the first time this year and hopefully this wont be our last , the villa was simply lovely with high quality fittings even fluffy towels ! its the little things that count .We travel around Europe quite often and this villa is definitely one of the best . A very quiet area with lots of great restaurants around a great base to explore the Alicante coastline , our hosts were extremely helpful whatever time of day they were required , and prompt communication from the owner is always nice what more can I say except enjoy your future holiday .

Just spent 8 weeks in this lovely villa. Has everything you could need for a relaxing time. The location of the villa is prefect for a short walk to supermarkets and many eating places. The walk into the town of Moraira is lovely. Would highly recommend this villa, for that prefect holiday, long or short.

A wonderful villa

This was our first stay at Casa Rosa & we really loved the villa.

It's in a quiet area but very close to the main coastal road with easy access to a nearby supermarket & restaurants. Only a 5 minute drive to the pretty town of Moraira which has a safe & sandy beach & many delightful restaurants.

The villa is very homely, clean & comfortable with a great outside space. Plenty of sun loungers,umbrellas, dining furniture & a fabulous gas BBQ! Our grandchildren loved the pool too!

There are villa managers on hand to sort out any issues.

We had a fantastic,relaxing holiday & will definitely return.

Our Favourite Villa

We have just returned from our 4th stay at Casa Rosa and once again had a great stay. The villa is very comfortable and has everything required for a great holiday including pool, air con, Wi Fi and a gas Broil King BBQ. The location is perfect for us as it is within easy walking distance to the coast road with all it's restaurants and bars. There is also a large supermarket nearby. It is a very pleasant coastal walk to Moraira town ( approx. 2 Km ). The friendly management team are only a phone call away should you need them. We have booked again for next year and would recommend this villa to our family and friends.

Car: recommended


As Casa Rosa is very close to the sea, there are a number of opportunities to access the beach within a 15 min walk. Moraira - Playa la Ampolla ideal for swimming - has a gently shelving sandy beach (5 mins by car, 25 mins walk). Calpe has a large sandy beach with water sports (15 - 20 mins drive). There are numerous rocky coves and headlands for divers or for those who like to explore. The beaches are all maintained to a high standard. (EU blue flag).


Alicante airport is approx 1 hour drive. Valencia airport is approx 1 hour and 15 mins. Taxis are available but car hire is recommended.


Benidorm theme parks and entertainments, especially 'Terra Mitica', are 35-40 minute drive. The larger, busier, seaside town of Calpe is a pleasant 15 - 20 mins drive along the coast. Javea is 15 minutes to the north and has an excellent beach. Denia is 30 minutes to the north and is a more traditional Spanish town/port.

Further Details:

There is some beautiful walking country in the Sierra Bernia Mountains and hills behind this stretch of coast. The Spanish love their fiestas and in Moraira and surrounding villages they are very lively, colourful occasions with wonderful parades that are not to be missed.

Booking Notes:
A 25% deposit (Online preferred or cheque) will be required with your booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If you cancel your booking a deposit refund will only be given if we can re-let the villa during your booking period. A key/breakage deposit of £150 is also payable. This deposit is refundable subject to the inspection by our management team.

Wifi is included within the base price.
Air con is £25 per week and must be added to the price.
Central heating (gas fired with radiators providing heat) is available for winter lets and will be part of the quote.

Changeover Day:
Usually Saturday but flexible.

Notes on prices:

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
