Apartment in La Senia, Javea, Costa Blanca - Tropical Gardens, Marvellous Pool and Close to All Amenities

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is in the acclaimed La Senia community and is within a 3 min stroll to the sea and an easy walk to Javea Old Town, the port and marina and the magnificent Arenal beach. Restaurants (nearest 3 mins) shops, bars and beaches all nearby. The tropical gardens and beautiful pool overlooked by Montgo Mountain are a delight and our gated community is a safe family holiday base. For the more active - golf, tennis and diving (lessons available) are nearby or perhaps a gentle cruise along the coast on a catamaran is more to your liking. Our holiday home has all you will need for a sumptuous holiday with air conditioned bedrooms for the summer and central heating for the cooler winter nights. The apartment is on the second floor (with lift) but this is also the top floor with the benefits that brings.

Brilliant winter break

This apartment has everything to make you feel as comfortable as if you were at home (I think the double bed was one of the best I've ever had in a rental property - I suffer from a bad back so I can really tell!). The location is great, and I couldn't believe how lovely it was to fly out of a grey wet dreary Britain in December and to arrive in beautiful sunshine that lasted the entire week. A fantastic place to visit in winter.

Apartment Montgo Javea

The apartment is clean, modern and well maintained I was surprised to find it was better equipped than most of the villas we have stayed in. The location is excellent we hired a car at Alicante airport but hardly used it as everything you need is within walking distance. We had a fantastic holiday we will definitely be staying there again I would highly recommend the apartment.

Costa Blanca

We have stayed at La Senia several times and will return again. It is an ideal location, whatever you want from a holiday: relaxing by the pool, strolling to the local beach and beach bars, or - for the more adventurous- hiking and walking around the area.

Easy access to other towns and attractions, such as Benidorm and Calpe, but the old town of Javea is also old Spain.

Loads of bars and restaurants, also within walking distance, but the apartment is also really well equipped if you don't want to eat out every night.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Beach : at 300 Metres

Coast/Beach:

The sea is within 4 minutes walk and both the Port and Arenal beaches are within an easy walk. Both are supported by a range of bars, restaurants and shops. A range of coves and beaches are within a few minutes drive.

Travel:

Javea ia approx equidistant between Alicante and Valencia airports, a drive of about 1 hour - 75 mins. Airport transfers can be arranged. A car is useful for longer days out but not necessary as the apartment is within walking distance of all the facilities of the resort. Alternatively taxis are not expensive.

Distances:

Denia and Moraira are about a 20 min drive. The attractions of Benidorm, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia etc are about 35 mins. Public transport to these is reasonable and cheap.

Further Details:

The nearest supermarket is 2 mins and the newly rebuilt large Mercadona is 5 mins walk.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is central heated for the winter and the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The lounge has both a ceiling and a free standing fan. This a non smoking apartment. Outside: The tropical gardens contain a large swimming pool and splash pool (lit in the summer evenings) and there is a community room overlooking the garden. The whole complex is secure. Utility Room: Our utility room has a washing machine, tumbler dryer, drying equipment, ironing board and iron plus indoor drying space. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels (including beach towels in the summer) are provided. For lets beyond a week linen is changed weekly.
