Penthouse apartment in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca. Huge private roof terrace - Two minutes from Pine Walk and Main Square

Spacious modern air-conditioned Penthouse (fourth floor served by a lift), two bedrooms, two bathrooms and huge private 75m² roof terrace. Located two minutes from the beach at Pine Walk and the main square with local shops, bars and restaurants immediately available. There is a swimming pool in the complex, but then Pine Walk's beautiful sandy beach is almost as close. The flat is well furnished, fully equipped and with a large balcony leading from the lounge and master bedroom affording plenty of light and access to the sun. The start to the beautiful Boquer Valley walk is just five minutes away and there is ample free parking immediately outside. The English owners live locally and are on hand to provide help and advice on what to do and where to go. This centrally heated apartment also makes an ideal choice when the summer’s heat has departed and the joys of Mallorca are best explored during the winter months.

About Ian

My wife and family have lived in Puerto Pollensa for over ten years and have slowly built up a small personal letting business specialising in well equipped apartments in the resort. We know that it's important to clients that we are on hand and we meet every arrival individually and again see them off, returning their deposit in person, on the day they leave.

Puerto Pollensa is a peaceful family resort and the world class Pine Walk is a stunning feature of 'The Port'. To own a home here is an aspiration shared by many, but until that day any can rent and enjoy our beautiful bay.

What makes this apartment unique

Our apartments are all air-conditioned and heated, most have pools and broadband wi fi and three have private roof terraces. All have satellite TV receiving the UK free to air channels and all are comfortably furnished. Notes on accommodation: Although there is a lift there are five steps from the pavement into reception hall. The roof terrace is reached via an internal spiral staircase. We request no smoking inside the apartment. Outside: The pool is communal between several blocks, but the lovely beach is only 150m away. The totally private and secluded roof terrace, with views to the mountains and sea, has a built in barbecue, sun beds and a large shaded area with dining table and chairs. Utility Room: Gas fired boiler for central heating, washing machine, double sink, second fridge, store cupboards and work tops. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included with linen only changed weekly. Property cleaned between tenants. Other: Large balcony accessed from master bedroom and lounge with dining table for four

Great family holiday

Family of 4 with two children. The property is ideally located in a quiet part of the resort. Its a 5 minute walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants. Its about a 15 to 20 minute walk into the main centre of the resort. The pool is a great size for the kids and adults alike and is only shared with 5 other apartments. The property itself is well apportioned with a great roof terrace with views of the sea and mountains. Rooms are acgood size with tasteful decor and the kitchen is well equipped which is great for self catering. This was our second year at the property and would happily go back.

Perfect location and very homely

This is our 2nd visit to this property. It is located in an ideal location for those who want a relaxing holiday not driving. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. The property is maintained to a high standard and is well equipped for all your needs. The best part is the roof terrace which you could spend all day on. There is a handy 2nd kitchen on the roof. so if you choose not to, you don't even need to leave the property! We were met by the owner who was friendly and helpful both prior to our visit and on arrival and departure. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again ourselves.

A home from home lovely apartment

We were welcomed in person by the very hospitable owners. What a lovely, clean bright and airy apartment with a large roof top area. 2 minutes walk and you're at the beach and restaurants which makes it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We will have no hesitations in staying here again. Thankyou

Lovely Ipanema - a regular home-from-home.

We have been coming to this lovely spacious apartment for at least 12 years (twice a year now that we are retired!). The apartment is very well maintained, with recent new kitchen units, and the owners could not be more helpful and friendly. It's location is ideal for the seafront and all the excellent restaurants and shops which this lovely resort has to offer (Laguna, bar/restaurant and pool is one of our favourite eating places - worth the walk). The main draw for us is the apartment's large completely private roof terrace affording stunning mountain and sea views. One year we couldn't get booked at Ipanema and had to go elsewhere, but it wasn't the same!

Fab holiday in Puerto Pollensa

This was my first time in Puerto Pollensa and it is just a lovely seaside resort. The beach was very clean and although quite busy could always get a lounger and shade. Loads of eating places with a good choice of food and lots of lovely shops.

The apartment was just wonderful and couldn't have been in a better spot. It was light and airy with plenty of room and picking a top floor with a roof terrace worked really well. We used it every day. The views were great and because it had a covered area with table and chairs we ate up there quite a lot. When we arrived we were met by Ian, the owner, who lives in Puerto Pollensa. He was very helpful, explained lots and it was great to know that he was around to help in any way. Last year we went to another area of Majorca and apt run by an agent who was not very helpful at all so knowing Ian was close by made a big difference. The position of apt was great, about a 3 minute walk to the beach and Pine Walk with plenty of cafes and restaurants all round. There were 2 supermarkets on the same block and a lovely deli on the next block which did great carry out food. All in all a great holiday and would definitely go back.

Ipanema rooftop apartment gets a facelift

We've stayed at the Ipanema apartment for several years now, the last time two years ago. We got quite a surprise when we visited May 2015 to find that the kitchen had been completely refurbished and now includes a dishwasher. There's also new sofa in the TV area and WiFi !! The roof terrace is a subtly different terracotta colour and there is a brand new utility store room with cupboard, sink, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

All in all a major facelift - we also had excellent weather almost all week!
