The property is located in a quiet residential sector of Cannes known as Petit Juas. It is a 5 minute walk to the daily Provincial market and 7-10 minutes walk from the free beaches. The apartment complex was built in 2005 and has a swimming pool and a secure underground car port. The apartment itself has been furnished to a high standard and has satellite TV with access to BBC, ITV etc. This large apartment also boasts a garden. While the bedrooms cater for 4 people the living room has a convertible sofa so 6 people can be accommodated.

Activity and Interests


The free beach is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The main conference facilities in Cannes are also only a 10 minute walk.


Nice airport is 30 minutes away on the motorway. Frequent buses from the Airport will bring you to the centre of Cannes.

Booking Notes:
Booking confirmed by payment of 50% deposit and the balance is payable 2 weeks before arrival. A sequirty deposit of €200 is also required and paid to the local agent. This is returned on departure assuming all is in order.

Changeover Day:
Saturday to Saturday is preferred however, others will be considered.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in euros. Long stay discounts will be considered. Conference and special events such as the Film Festival - prices available on request.
