About the property

Town house 3 bed & 2 bathrooms also 2 bed hse,4 min walk to beautiful Carihuela beach in Montemar.

In Montemar half way between Torromolinos and Benalmadena we have a

Very attractive well furnished 3 bedroom house on 3 floors with 2 private terraces, 2 bathrooms 1 on suite. The 2 bed house is on 2 floors & 1 bathroom.

The 3 bed house has one double bed room , the 2 other rooms have 2 single beds in each. A travel Cot is available for infants.

Each house has its own small garden area for outside eating or for children playing.

There is a car park available with the 3 bed house. For the 2 bed house a parking space can be rented.

The houses are in a small quiet complex with a shared pool and only a

4 minute walk to the Carihuela beach, shops and restaurants. 20 minutes from Malaga airport by car/taxi. Buses out side the complex to Torremolinos, Malaga, Mijas,Benalmadina,Fuengirola and Malaga. The train station Montemar Alto is nearby. In Torremolinos you have Tivoli world amusement park [water world] and in Benalamadena boat trips from the marina. For sports lovers there are plenty of golf courses,tennis courts and an olympic size swimmimg pool in the Municipal sports complex. A visit to Fuengirola Zoo is great for the children.

The Carihuela beach has a small childens play area,slide, swing,climbing frame. Ski slopes an 1 1/2 hours away.

Dont let two many people in on the secret

From the out side the small complex looks nothing. When you step

trough the gate your met with whitewashed houses covered in flowers. There's a nice very quiet pool. The house is your typically decorated Spanish style. I agree it's not 5*, but it,s our second time of visiting. It's right on the bus route to Malaga and Fengurula. It's ten minutes walk up a very steep hill to the montamar railway station and five minutes walk down to the very popular sea front.

after the house has been checked.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible in off season. House must be vacated by 11am noon. House available in high season from 3pm. If arriving before 3pm you bags can be stored for you and the same if you are leaving after 11am.

The houses are in a small gated community with beautiful gardens a new pool. Child's travel cot available on request. Townhouse 1 has a carparking.
