Casas del Sol is a development of villas set in beautiful mature gardens opposite the harbour in Playa Blanca. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up.

Part of the complex is on the flat and part is on a gentle incline which provides some of the properties with good views. A solar heated swimming pool and children’s pool form the centre of this development with sun beds and shade by the pool, there is also an outdoor shower, toilets for your use. The reception office is staffed by helpful, friendly people who are ready to assist you 7 days a week until 10pm so late arrivals are always catered for plus there is also a small store for essential groceries also open late. A tennis court to the rear of the complex adds to the amenities to be enjoyed on this site.

The atmosphere on this complex is very laid back, friendly and cosmopolitan making this perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent as it is very central being opposite the harbour and only a few minutes walk away from the beaches, shops and restaurants and all the main amenities of Playa Blanca.

A charming little villa, ideal for a couple or a family with 1or 2 small children as the property consists of 1 twin bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom, 1 shower room, lounge/diner and kitchen. The twin bedroom has recently been refurbished with new beds & furniture which provides much storage and comfort. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (no bath) w.c I wash basin. The kitchen has an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and fitted granite work surfaces. The lounge has a leather suite ample lighting and a library of books which makes it very comfortable. Other facilities in the villa include satellite TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, CD player, hairdryer, safe, washing machine and barbecue.

The outlook from the patio is onto a garden area and on the patio there is a patio set and sun loungers with comfortable cushions, the pool is approximately 200 meters away to the rear of the villa.

Free wi-fi is available in the villa and complex reception building.

There are air conditioning/heating units in the main bedroom, a fan in the bunk room and heating available in all areas for the winter months.

Bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided but pool and beach towels are not but they can be hired locally.

Utensils dirty , shower dirty as you step in around the Rim , and the plug hole filled with hair , Towels only changed after 3 days after asking , outside furniture dirty and need of updating
