Located close to Olhos de Agua, this is a superb, spacious 2 bedroom top floor apartment, recently refurbished for 2016. Featuring a brand new fitted kitchen with all the appliances needed including a dishwasher, halogen hob, oven, built in microwave, fridge and freezer. A washing machine and dryer are located in a small utility room.
Both bathrooms have been completely refurbished to a high standard with the ensuite bathroom including a tropical rain shower, two washbasins and toilet. The separate second bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, single washbasin and toilet.
Wall mounted flat screen televisions can be found in the lounge and main bedroom with full satellite coverage. A dining table and chairs, sideboard and two sofas, including a sofa bed are all new for 2016 and makeup this magnificent apartment which is fully air conditioned. The apartment now also has free super-fast broadband. The outside table and chairs, again new for 2016 is perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.
The property is close to the golf clubhouse and overlooks the driving range. The apartment benefits from spectacular views from its two huge terraces with sunbeds and BBQ. Balaia Golf Village is a well maintained holiday and golf complex with 6 swimming pools, the nearest pool being only 150 metres away, which also benefits from a children’s pool. There are 2 restaurants including the golf club house which is only 200 metres away, the other located next to reception. The complex is located on a nine hole par 3 golf course. There are many restaurants within walking distance and supermarkets are reachable for all your provisions. The towns of Villamoura, Albufeira and Olhos De Agua are all nearby. Beaches are within walking distance, although there are many more spectacular beaches that can be easily accessed by car. The village and apartment are located in a beautiful setting with all the facilities you would require for a fantastic holiday. To make the most of your stay, easy access and to fully enjoy the area, car hire is highly recommended.
I live in Yorkshire and we really love to get away to to the sun and our spacious apartment. We both work in financial services and enjoy the relaxed way of living Portugal offers.

I have owned the property from new and the reason for buying in Balaia is that it ticks all the boxes.
The location is geographically ideal and Balaia itself could not be better.It is near to restuarants,shops, beaches and is only 30 minutes from the airport.
Balaia is a perfect destination, beautifully designed with low density in mind and all the ammenieties you should need. Swimming pools, tennis courts. 9 hole golf course and driving range,24 hour reception and restuarants.
The property is a 2 bedroomed apartment however, it is one of the most spacious apartments you will ever experience.
Its situation on the 2nd floor with balconies round over half the property and views towards the ocean is probably the best on the Balaia.
It is extremely well equipped and has been refurbished for 2016.

Magnificent setting facing south and over looking the driving range . The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely modernised and updated. The quality of finish and workmanship is of the highest standard. A superb apartment.
Coast/Beach:
The beach is within 15 minutes walking distance, however there are a number of superb beaches within easy distance of the property.
Travel:
Faro is the main airport and is now accessible from most UK airports on a regular basis. It is approx 30 minutes driving distance from the aiport to the village of Balaia. Transport can also be arranged from the airport for those who do not wish to hire a car.
Distances:
Balaia Golf Village is a few miles from the main town of Albufeira & Villamoura and this can be reached by a bus service from reception. There are a number of other smaller villages near such as Olhos Du Agua.

Restaurants on site, supermarkets on site as well as near by. There are many restaurants and shops in the main town and villages and some of our recommendations are listed in the apartment.

I will be re-furbishing the apartment in the winter of 2016 and as a result I will not be taking any reservations except for July and August 2016.The apartment will have new bathrooms , kitchen and furniture.
