2 minutes walking distance to beach. Praia da Luz has one of the best beaches on the Algarve, overlooked by the magnificent coloured cliffs. It has many water sport actvities. Within 5 km there are the beautiful beaches of, Meia Praia, Dona Ana, Batata, Porto de Mos and many more small bays.

Nice Villa But.............

Overall a pleasant Villa in an excellent location with just a few minutes walk to the beach and bars. Well equipped with a modern feature throughout. When we arrived at Stamango we were very surprised that we were the only guests in the complex for well over a week. We then concluded this was because of extensive maintenance going on with workmen and painters arriving every day and even scaffolding erected over our front door. Work continued for all of the time we were there - fortunately we were out of the house most days but not exactly the peace and quiet stay we anticipated.

Owner's Response: Dear guest thank you for your comments and I am glad that you found the villa modern and well-equipped as well as in a good location. I apologise for the disruption caused by the painting of the condominium. Painting takes place every 5 years and usually in early spring when the weather and low occupation allows for quick job with minimum guest disruption. Unfortunately after the extremely wet winter and spring that we had it was not possible to complete the painting in the usual time frame and as a result this could only be done in late June. I would also like to point out that no “maintenance” was carried out but just paining to the rear of the building (the opposite side to the pool), which I completely agree is disruptive and I am sorry this impacted upon your stay. I would like to offer you my sincere apologies and would like to offer you a discount on a future holiday booked at the property. Kind regards Valentyna

Fantastic location

We had a great stay at this Villa. It is very well equipped in the kitchen.

Ideal location 2 minutes walk to beach and restaurants and bars. Great walking close by up to the cliffs so that you get a great view of Luz. The children loved the swimming pool and the garden is very sheltered if it gets windy at the beach. All well kept and clean. Thanks for a great stay.
