Apartment in Benalmadena Costa, Good Area with Bars, Restaurants, Walking Distance to Beach

Apartment is in the Jupiter complex close to Bonanza Square, Paloma Park and the beach. The apartment has been furnished and equipped to provide you with homely comfortable self catering accommodation. There is an excellent pool complex with surrounding garden areas and sunbeds are available to hire. The poolside bar offers drinks and refreshments at reasonable prices. There is internet available in the building and tickets can be purchased in reception at variable costs. Across the road from the apartment building you have Bonanza Square which offers a good variety of restaurants and bars. There is also a MAS supermarket adjacent to Bonanza Square which is a few minutes walk away from the apartment

Paloma Park is less than five minutes walk and you can relax and enjoy the day watching the wildlife in the park and around the lake, and then enjoy a drink or meal at one of the cafes inside the park. The mini golf is a five minute walk and you can enjoy all the facilities on offer including food and drink.

The beach is five minutes walk down the hill. The attractive promenade leads to the Marina where you will find a good selection of restaurants, bars and activities. An evening walk along the promenade calling in for a drink or meal is the ideal way to end a day in the sun.

We live in the North East of England and have enjoyed many holidays to Spain and its' islands. We are regular visitors to Spain using the apartment and other resorts and find it has a lot to offer for everyone and we enjoy the laid back lifestyle and culture. We provide you with the ease of a friendly and efficient booking service which is reflected in the fact that clients visit us year after year and as can be seen from their comments they are more than happy with it. We also have a good proportion of bookings from client referrals. The apartment is easily accessed as it is only a 20 minute taxi ride from Malaga airport which is serviced from most UK airports at reasonable costs.

Why Jan Martin chose Benalmádena

We chose to buy a property in Benalmadena Costa as it is ideally located to provide facilities for couples and families alike. It is located on the coast and has good bus, train and taxi access to other resorts and attractions. Whether you want to spend all your time in Benalmadena or venture further afield we are sure the apartment will be a good base to do it from.

Ten minutes walk will find you in Arryo de la Miel which is a typically Spanish town. The white washed villages of Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas are a bus or taxi ride away.

Take a train from Arroyo to Malaga city and see the city from the open top bus, stopping along the way to sample some Tapas. Take a trip on the cable car from Tivoli World and experience the spectacular views of Benalmadena and surrounding areas.

I have used top-end apartments and hotels too, but sometimes you walk away unhappy about something. Your apartment is homely and peaceful and that matters a lot to me including the whole neighbourhood at large, it's a peace of mind, call it from home to home. I have recommended it to a few friends of mine who plan to come on holiday and we will definately come back some time because the kids love it there. Godfrey Lwanga.

Apartment is great, in a great location across from Bonanza square and with a massive pool. Recommend Decs bar for food. Belamadena is a great family resort and promenade and Park Paloma are just beautiful, plenty to do in whole and neighbouring resorts. Malcolm Reid.

Notes on accommodation: Coin operated air-conditioning at 1 euro for 2 hours. Balcony offers morning sun. Outside: The complex is ideal for families, it has both a large garden and pool area complete with a child pool. There is also a poolside bar and restaurant. A pool pass is required to use the facilities and these are obtained free of charge from reception, however the complex provides sun beds at a cost of approximately 3 euros a day. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, linen and bedlinen are provided. Cleaning for arrival and departure are included.

The apartment was everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, location is very central with Paloma Park, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and promenade all a short walk away. The apartment was spotless with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, plenty of towels, bedding and kitchen equipment and the bonus of English TV which is very handy when the weather is not to great for venturing out at night. Jan was very helpful with the booking and we received all information quickly and efficiently. Restaurants close by we would certainly recommend are The Orange Tree just up from the promenade, Pesta Fresca just down from Castle Pil Pil, Palm 5 and Benys on the prom all excellent service and good food. We will certainly be visiting again.

Very nice apartment

A very nice apartment, everything you ask for. Ideally placed, 5mins from beach, 10 mins from Marina, a nice place to visit. The air con in apartment a godsend with weather we had. Bars & Resteraunt across road, also Supermarket. Would recommend Jan's apartment to anyone. Many thanks Jeff from Leeds

Had a lovely stay here apartment was so clean The owners were very helpful and we had a phone no of the cleaner if we needed anything it s so central to everything bonanza square is couple min away which has lovely resteraunts and entertainment will defbe going back here next year and would recommend it to all my friends

There is a long beach and promenade which is 5 minutes walk from the apartments.

Malaga airport is 20 minutes away and can be reached by taxi or a local train.

Distances:

The beautiful marina is 15 minutes walk away. The railway station is situated in Arroyo de la Miel which is 10 minutes walk away. Paloma park is close by and is approximately 5 minutes walk. Bonanza Square is literally across the road from the apartment.

Further Details:

The complex has 24hr security and safety deposit boxes. There are many facilities close at hand. These include bars, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets, a park, the marina, Tivoli World adventure park and cable cars, Selwo dolphin and sealion park. In Arroyo there is an indoor sports complex with swimming pool, ice rink, gymnasium/sports halls and cafeteria.
