Los Alcazares is located on the edge of the Mar Menor. There are 7 kilometres of beautiful clean beaches which are particularly safe for young children due to the shallow waters. There is a wide range of excellent bars and restaurants around the sea front and Marina area. This beautiful 3 bedroom Town House is ideally situated for Towns such as Torrevieja, Cartagena and Murcia. The famous La Manga sports complex is only 10 minutes away together with close proximity to Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campomar Golf courses. This air conditioned house has just been newly decorated throughout and has a roof top solarium with shared pools within an attractive, secluded garden area. The large and beautifully furnished master bedroom boasts a generous en-suite.

A lovely well maintained property in a very good but peaceful location near all amenities and not far from the beach. The pool was excellent -never crowded, and other guests and owners in the vicinity were very friendly. We were met at the gate by the friendly keyholder who had purchased some provisions for us as requested since we were arriving late in the evening. We did not need a car but parking was available. It was excellent value for money.

Overall we had a perfect holiday and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Seven minutes walk to the lovely Mar Menor with crystal clear water. All beaches in the area hold the coveted blue flag award and are cleaned regularly. Extensive variety of watersports nearby.

Travel:

Less than 10 minutes from Murcia's San Javier airport. Approximately 55 minutes drive from Alicante by car.

Distances:

7 minutes walk from the beach.

5 minutes walk from a large Mercadona Supermarket and shopping precinct.

10 minutes walk from Los Alcazares town where a number of bars and restaurants can be found.

Further Details:

Promenade only 5 minutes away which includes supermarket, banks, shops & restaurants and bars.

There is also an Aqua Park at Elche and an Animal park at Torrevieja

Large and modern Corte Ingles Department store situated in Cartagena along with other excellent shopping facilities.
