This 1st Floor apartment has a double bedroom (with kingsize bed)with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and patio doors which lead onto a terrace. There is a kitchen with a range of white goods. The lounge/dining area has a sofa bed, LCD TV, DVD, wifi and satellite tv with breakfast bar, with patio doors which lead out to the balcony/terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens, and a staircase which leads up onto a private roof terrace which is a great suntrap and has great views and shower. Air-con is fitted throughout. There are a number of dvd's and books for your use whilst on holiday.

The villa is part of a modern complex of 20 houses. The development comprises of 2 pools and an elevated bubble pool set amongst palm trees. It is located near to the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. A 5 minute walk away is the stunning Marina. There is a local road train which takes you either into the centre of Cala D'or or to the beautiful National Park beach of Cala Mondrago. WiFi available free of charge (subject to availability)

About Debbie

We are two families with children varying from 4 to 12 years of age. We often holidayed together and wanted to stay somewhere that we knew was safe, enjoyable and as stress free as it could possibly be with young children!! We started holidaying in Cala Egos and found the area in and around Cala D'or and Cala Egos great varied and enjoyable and an ideal area which as the children grow up would still be suitable with it's lovely beaches especially Mondrago, water parks, markets and sight seeing especially visiting the beautiful capital of Palma. This is our holiday home so we hope that we have thought of everything to try and make our house a home from home.

Why Debbie chose Santanyi

We bought the property in Cala Egos firstly because of the property itself and it's uniqueness in that we can all holiday together but at the same time as it splits into 2 apartments each family can have our own independence if we want it.

The area for us is ideal we are close to 2 beaches, stunning Cala D'or marina plus Cala Egos although small has everything you need with its supermarkets and friendly restaurants and loads of shops. Also there is a land train that takes you into the centre of Cala D'or, open top bus that takes you to Mondrago and a really good bus service if we want to go exploring further afield so it appealed that if we didn't want to hire a car then we didn't have to.

What makes this apartment unique

As this is our family holiday home we have tried to make it a home from home. We have left our buggy, cots, bed guard and monitor out there for you to use if you require it. It has it's own garden and 1st floor terrace which overlooks the pool with your own sun loungers, patio furniture and BBQ, so no getting up early to put your towel on the sun loungers!

You are only a short walk to the shops, marina, beaches and restuarants. At the bottom of the road you can even pick up the glass bottom boat which takes around some of the coast line and stops at a lovely fishing village.

We think that our home is ideal for all the family and we love it.

Coast/Beach:

There are 2 beaches just a short stroll from the complex. There is a local road train which takes you either to a number of coves in the Cala D'or area or to the National Park beach of Cala Mondrago. There is also a local bus service that runs between Cala Egos & Cala Mondrago. The two beaches close to the complex also have a glass bottom bottom which takes you around the bay. This runs twice daily. For those who wish for something a bit faster there is the Searider available from the Marina.

Travel:

Palma Airport is a 45 minute drive away. Taxis and car hire are available at the airport. If preferred we can arrange for a taxis or minibus to meet you. The cost is payable locally directly to the taxi company.

Distances:

Cala D'or is 1.5km away. The sunning Cala Llonga marina is a 5 minute walk away with its great shops and restaurants.

Further Details:

Locally there is a very well stocked supermarket, a large number of restuarants, banks and shops. There is also a small childrens area with go-karting and trampolines and also paddle tennis courts.

Booking Notes:
Enquiries can be made either by email or by phone. A 25% deposit is required when booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. T&c's available on request. The deposit is non-refundable. A breakages/damage/loss of key deposit will also be required with the final balance. The breakages deposit is refundable (as long as there has been no damage or loss). £200.00. This is also subject to change at the owners discretion.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. Guests must vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of departure. Arrivals are after 3.00pm. Please take this into account when booking flights as we have no late checkout facilities available.

Notes on prices:
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Payment in euros also accepted. Long or short winter lets available please contact owners. Paypal also available (4-5% charge applies) prices quoted are based on up to 4 persons in the 2 bed apartment and 2 in the 1 bed apartment. 5th person in the 2 bed apartment or 3rd/4th person in the 1 bed a small charge is made to cover extra charge for linen for the sofabed plus towels for extra guests. This charge is added at when the balance is due.

Notes on accommodation: The house is an ideal property as it can be used by large families wishing to retain their own independence but wanting to holiday together. The house is located by the shallow end of the pool which is also visible from the garden which is ideal if you have children. We also supply a number of items for our guests use if the have children: cot, highchair, bed guard, monitor, buggy, stairgate etc. Garden furniture and sunloungers are supplied. Bed linen and towels are also provided. (No beach towels or cot sheets are provided). There is also a Playstation and games available on request. Outside: The property overlooks one of the two shared circular pools plus an elevated bubble pool with 2 waterfalls dropping each side. The pools are located in a shared paved garden area with shrubs and palms. There are 20 houses located in this private gated complex. Car parking is available, secured by electronic gates.
