For bookings please see the availability calendar and send an email with dates and number of adults. After receipt of your booking we will confirm your reservation by email and ask you to pay: 30% deposit to confirm a booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. £100 breakages deposit is added to the final payment, refundable if no breakages/damages. In the event of cancellation, 50% refund up to 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeover Day:
The changeover day is normally Saturday, however, we can be flexible during off peak periods. Check in time is from 3.00pm, and check out time is latest by 10.00am local time

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds (7 nights) for the villa, and are for a maximum of 6 adults - discounts are available during the low season for longer lets.

  • Notes on accommodation: The villa has heating for the very few winter months, with large open fire place. The large 10x4m pool has ladder steps and is from approx 1.5-1.7m deep. Cot and highchair available. All bedrooms have recently been fitted with split Air Conditioning which is available at a supplement charge of Euro 8.00 per night per bedroom payable on arrival if requested. Outside: The outside has nice Portuguese architecture. Spacious terraces with private pool (9 x 4) ca. 1.5m deep and exterior pool WC and shower. Pool includes 6 sun-loungers with cushions. Separate BBQ area with table and chairs for 6, very nicely set within a walled patio surrounded by bougainvilleas, which lead out onto the pool area and garden - accessible from both hall and living room. Big 1st floor terrace and nice roof terrace with good sea views. Utility Room: The adjoining double garages serve as a utility room, and include washing machine (maid use only), clothes lines for drying, and wood for the fire place. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service is once per week, and linen is also changed once per week - all linen and bath towels are included, excluding pool and beach towels. Other: There are numerous large terraces on the ground floor, 1st floor and roof - with good sea views.
