Notes on accommodation: Daikin air conditioning / heating units in both bedrooms and living room. Great for families due to secure gated development, peaceful urbanisation, large open terrace and private pool for the development. Outside: Large south-east facing terrace of 30m2 with patio table and 4 chairs as well as 2 sunloungers and a BBQ. Small pool is available for sole use of surrounding 8 apartments. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen included as well as bath/hand towels (not beach). Apartment is cleaned before/after each stay, fresh linen/bath towels provided. A change of laundry is offered for stays of 10 nights or more. Transfers can be arranged from Malaga airport for €70 each way. Local agent offers welcome packs on request for €15 to include tea, coffee, sugar, water, juice, wine, bread and butter as well as beach towels for €10 per towel per week and babysitters for €10 per hour.
