House in Port de Alcudia, Mallorca - Quiet Setting, Under 3 mins Walk to the Sandy Beach

This lovely 3 Bedroom house attracts both summer and winter clients as it is heated during the winter and fully air conditioned during summer. The garden backs onto a spectacular lake with mountain views. We are suited to all ages and is approx 35 mins from Palma. The house is in a lovely quite area, but within walkin distance to the hustle and bustle of many bars and delicious restaurants, alternatively you can walk about 40 mins down the seafront into the port of Alcudia to enjoy some of the best fish restaurants in the town, during which you can stop en-route to the many bars on the beach and enjoy the scenery on offer.

Fabulous Holiday

I just wanted to say how good this property is. Communication with the owner was friendly and professional. The location is perfect by the lake side and we spent most evening with a glass of wine in hand admiring the view and soaking up the evening sun while cooking on the BBQ. Quiet spot but with easy access to the supermarket and the beach. Lovely walk along the beach to the port for the best tapas I've had for a long time. As a bonus the climbing on the Island was superb.

Lovely home from home

Just returned from this lovely property. Very quiet in residential area but supermarket and sea within 5 minutes walk. The main shopping/restaurant area is about 20 minutes walk away, we ate in several restaurants and they were all of a similar good quality.The sea is knee-deep for quite a long way out so is ideal for children and is backed by trees so you can escape the heat of the sun. The views from the house are gorgeous and the fish jumping out of the water, the rowers training on the lake and the hang gliders/parasailing over the mountain opposite mean there is always something different to see.

The house was very clean and well maintained and had everything we required, although we were unable to find a tea-pot, but that was a minor problem. It was good to have the air-con in the bedroom as it was 34 degrees when we were there. The owner was very friendly and helpful when contacted.

1st time of using this holiday home and we were most impressed! It was beautifully appointed, clean and tastefully decorated. Situated next to the sea lake with gorgeous views across to the mountains behind. The patio, garden and garden furniture lends itself to eating outside. Very peaceful yet within walking distance to a beautiful beach and shops.

Definitely a repeat visit!

Nearest Airport : palma at 50 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : soul bar at 100 Metres Nearest Ferry : port alcudia at 4 Kilometres Nearest Beach : alcudia at 100 Metres Car: not necessary


Less than a 5 minute walk and you are on the beach of Alcudia which has pure golden white sands with very calm and shallow waters, stretching for 15 kms, perfect for children.


Palma airport 35/40 minutes by car,

Car hire on arrival is not required as most amenities are within walking distance, bus stops are less than a 5 minute walk away.


The Port, and Roman town of Alcudia,and Can Picafort are within a 10 minute drive, Puerto Pollensa approximately 15 minute drive. Alcudia market every Tuesday and Sunday.

Further Details:

The local supermarket is five minutes walk away. The old town of Alcudia is only a bus ride away this is a great place of cultural interest with the beautiful church. The local market is every Tuesday and Sunday where you can pick up many bargins or just take in the local culture.
