"Dear Keith,

My family and I have just returned from a really great holiday in Moraira. The area itself was fantastic with beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants and friendly people, but what really made the holiday for us was the villa, which is where we spent most of our time. It really was five star. Breakfast, lunch and evening meals on the first floor balcony with a view over the valley was stunning. The pool was clean thanks to regular visits from the maintenance company. The pool lights set a picturesque scene in the evenings when we used the BBQ. We found the villa really well equipped, not wanting for anything, and everything in very good condition. We couldn't have wished for any thing more, other than perhaps a longer stay! Once again thanks very much, hope to keep in touch."

Notes on accommodation: Though the town is minutes away, it is reached from an elevated position and a car therefore is essential. Internal and external stairs between the three levels make the property unsuitable for those finding stairs 'difficult'. For those wishing to book out of season please note the Villa has a quality underfloor heating but the Pool is Not Heated. Outside: Entering at ground level the living/dining area has doors leading to a wonderful terrace with shaded dining and plentiful 'mood' lighting for after dark. External (and internal spiral stairs) lead down to the pool terrace. The terrace has great views to the sea and mountains. Ample lounging and dining areas.also a shaded space with an American pool table. There is an external tiled shower enclosure. The pool is 'flush fit' with roman steps, night lighting and views thru a feature tinted glass surround. Please note the Villa now has properties to sides and rear as part of a small select development of around 20 properties. Utility Room: Bosch washer dryer, ironing board, steam iron, stainless sink unit. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels can be rented - linen is included. Linen can be changed out at the end of each week for an additional £30. A full clean is provided for an additional £40 at the end of each rental week. Cot and/or high chair available at extra cost by request. Other: The villa has been furnished to the highest standards. All beds have fully sprung mattresses. Quality artwork and finishing touches make this property feel as home - not a rental.

The town and beaches are only 5 minutes away from the villa by car. All the local beaches are gently sloping and safe for children. The main moraira beach has good showers, lockers available, beds of course and a great good value restaurant. 10 minutes or so over the adjacent cumbre del sol mountain and a dramatic beach is found at the bottom of a vertical cliff face. Drive further north to Oliva for sand dunes and miles of empty beach even in the peak season.


Moraira is easily reached from either Alicante or Valencia Airports. Slightly closer, Alicante is an hour’s gentle drive north using the toll motorway. Valencia takes just over the hour, traveling south - again using the toll.

Toll charges will not exceed 5 euros for either journey.


North of Morarira are the towns of Javea (5 miles) and Denia (7 miles) Valencia is around 60 miles north. South calpe is 5 miles away, altea, 7 miles and Benidorm 10 miles away. The beautiful Jallon valley. Ibiza can be reached in 2 hours by the fast ferry.

Further Details:

Shops are 5 minutes away as are numerous great places to eat. The area genuinely has something for everyone.

Sophisticated places to eat, an elegant Marina or clubs to the early hours. A kiddies fun fair or for those older Terramittica the mega theme park lies only 30 minutes away.

Get away from the beach and take a fantastic scenic drive to Guadalest inland - and lots, lots more.

Booking Notes:
Bookings require a 50% deposit with the balance clearing 30 days before departure. At that time a further £200 guarantee is also required, refundable - unless charged against excessive breakages, decorative damage or the misuse of equipment, fixtures or fittings. Were the value of any such event or combination of events exceeding the guarantee and and the balance requested not forthcoming the owners retain the right to UK court action based on the rental being made as a UK contract.

Changeover Day:
Saturday change overs are normal but not essential.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Discounts will be considered for extended rentals.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
